This hotel was a sweet unexpected surprise. Very clean grounds, they definitely keep it up. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but we had a king bed, so it was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

I always enjoy staying at los Arboles when I come to Palm Springs for our annual convention.
It’s such a quaint and quiet property that offers the seclusion that’s needed for a relaxing holiday. However, I was super bummed that the restaurant wasn’t opened since it's one of my favorite amenities.

Lovely grounds and ample parking. Convenient to downtown Palm Springs. Room was spacious but bed was small and uncomfortable. Springs were noisy and mattress topper made the bed quite hot at night. Pool was very cold. Car noise from street was very loud, actually thought it was from the airport at first. Water pressure in shower was very low. Restaurant was closed for remodeling. Wanted to really like this place but will look for a quieter hotel in future.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the restaurant was closed during my visit, which was a bit of an inconvenience. However, it gave us the opportunity to explore some of the cool local spots nearby, which turned out to be a nice silver lining.
That said, the biggest issue for me was the bed—it was extremely uncomfortable. I realize now that a good bed is essential for me to relax and enjoy my stay, so unless the hotel upgrades their mattresses, I may not be back. It’s a great location, but comfort is key for me, and a quality bed would make all the difference.

The staff was helpful & offered great offers and discounts for their restaurants and very friendly. The decor was a nicest spanish style. I love the quiet atmosphere and feel.
