Beautiful hotel, great restaurants, amazing staff. Beds were comfortable and best shower I’ve had in a hotel in a long time. Hotel is naturally older so you hear a bit of hallway noise and a nearby train but nothing a sound machine cannot cover. Even with that, we would absolutely stay again.

We went to the restaurant and had dinner don’t over 2k our friend hung her coat up and when we were leaving all the coats were fine no one at the hotel and restaurant seemed concerned when we tried to get help the manager told us it’s our responsibility to find the coat then mark got physical and pushed me. This type of behavior and service should never ever be tolerated

The hotel is beautiful and clean but the noise from outside our hotel room was terrible kept us up until 2 am. They should separate guests from large groups that are there for weddings etc. not keep them on the same floor

Loved the georgian architecture. Staff was friendly, gracious, helpful and kind. We really loved walking around the interior and looking at the stunning wedding venues. You must see Rod's train cars for their private dining options.
Lunch at the Red Dog Tavern was delicious, and our waiter Steven gave us great recommendations. Sitting in the guest areas were comfortable and especially cozy with the fireplace.
There were a few minor cosmetic issues with the room but it was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Unfortinetly google pictured a pool, but they no longer have one.
You cannot skip dinner at Rods Steak house, superb service and food.

We stay here often as it is near my sister's home and adjacent to NJ Transit stop for easy trip to NYC.
Rooms are modern and Red Dog Tavern has a good menu and reasonable prices.

Was very happy with our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room was incredible. Everything from the lobby to the room was clean. Staff at the front desk were very friendly. Breakfast in the morning was great. We would stay there again!!
