The property is beautifully built. The room was spacious, modern, and cozy. If you need to heat your room though, you have to ask the lobby to send someone to turn on your water heater which they took care of in less than five minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

1st of the hotel is old , the room we stayed in needed some updating, carpets we not bad but had some stains not many that needed attention. the toilet was small, old round toilet with a bad seat. it was usuable but how much does a toilet seat cost? but we think the rate of $104 was very fair for the area. Most hotels nowadays are crazy priced. I am done spending $300 for a place to sleep. lots of restaurants (the depot w/ 10 food court restaraunts most around $13 a plate was good & quality food) ) across the street 24 hour security out side the depot made us feel safe. the rodeo restaurant next door was good as well as the drinks & the food. I was surprised to watch a fairly nicely dressed young black male ( by the way I am not racist I am married to a Latin woman) sitting there at 4 pm stripping the signed dollar bills stapled to the walls being put in his coat pocket. I guess things have changed too much for this old country boy. this should not have been allowed. but today society has gone nuts. all in all we had a nice stay at the magnolia.

I stayed here two nights and after reading a few reviews about how noisy the street was, I was concerned. I was able to get some good rest both nights. This hotel has old charm, not the modern sleek hotels that are newer but a regal sense in certain places and just feels cozy. Sure the paint was coming off the window panes and there were a few cobwebs in the corners where curtains usually cover but overall, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean, they offered a coffee pot and complimentary water bottles. The only thing they didn’t have was the small square towels I usually get as wash rags. Other than that, it’s in a prime location. I’m not a breakfast person so I didn’t care about that, but they did have a great and cozy coffee shop just outside the front door. There was a food hall just across the street and many places to eat/shop within walking distance. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I even used the gym. It was nothing spectacular, and a little warm for me but it did the job.

The location is great!! The stay is not bad...what got me frustrated was how I was told I have to valet park for $45. Some how they need to disclose there is mandatory valet parking only. It's not just the money it's the time, I was almost late to my meeting the next morning because valet was behind even though I messaged them 30 minutes ahead of time. I was told to message them 10 minutes ahead of time and it took 40 minutes....

Don't believe the photos on their website. This hotel is extremely dated and in dire need of attention. My bathroom had three leaks in the ceiling from the shower in the room above me that drenched all the towels and some of my things. The wood and paint all around the bathroom door indicated the leaks had been ongoing. The hotel was sold out so no option to move rooms and because I paid via Hotels.com, they said they could not credit or reimburse me for my room. My TV didn't work, the elevators were a constant issue (waiting upwards of 22 minutes for one) and every staff member I encountered (Aside from valet - who were all fantastic and very helpful) was rude, unwilling to help and very defensive.

Overall this hotel was fine for a one-night stay. Just a few minor complaints, the heat didn’t work in my room, I was freezing all night. The bathtub wasn’t very clean.
