Margaritaville Jacksonville Beach

The service at the restaurant was top notch. Also the gentleman that checked is in was very customer service oriented. Couldn't have been more pleased.

No parking available after 7pm on friday and Saturday so you were forced to use valae parking which was $36 a night.

always a great time and everyone especially front desk girl was fantastic and polite. We stay there quit often and would appreciate a upgraded room occasionally....considering they weren't booked heavily

I like the hotel right by the beach

Hotel and restaurant were very nice. Views and access to beach A . I did not have an issue, but there is only street parking. It is the off season, so there was no cost, but I assume in the peak season the area is busy and there will be a fee for parking. The area looked decent, but did see some questionable people walking around the area.

Second time staying here and I enjoyed my quick trip. It was clean, white, and of course being close to the beach is nice.

Always great staying here. Love the Land Shark. The beds are comfortable! Allen was super helpful with check in.

Enjoyed our suite

It’s a beautiful property, the front desk staff were very attentive and helpful. The only downside for our stay, there were hair in the shower, hair all over the wall, easy to spot so it makes you wonder about how clean it really was.

Love the decor, the cleanliness, awesome bar and restaurant and gift shop. Our room was unique and comfortable

The Jimmy Buffet history was onteresting

Limited parking. Just awful. Yall need better parking for all visitors instead of paying extra money for parking. Y’all are getting alot of money for rooms that should include parking in garage.

Convenient to restaurants and shopping. No pets allowed which is what we prefer.

I will definitely return to Margaritaville- JaxBeach. This property was super clean, well decorated and nicely furnished. It has valet, a shop for merch and food, a restaurant, and a bar/ band setup near outdoor pool area. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. I wasn’t pleased with having to pay to have a microwave in my room. Immediately after checkin we got to our room and the door was wide open with cleaning solution on the counters and the floor was very sticky. I had to walk back down to then be placed in a new room where the fridge was not cold in the room so we had to switch it out bc the first fridge was inoperable. Valet is mandatory at $27/night (sedans) or $32/ night (larger vehicles). The restaurant was delightful with great bartenders and waitresses. The drinks were NICE and the crab cakes were sizzling to perfection not to mention the coconut shrimp/ dip and the artichoke dip too. Amazing plus it’s directly on the beach so perfect location to shops pharmacy Starbucks and more.

Right on the beach, friendly staff and comfortable. Didn't like the parking situation and not easy accessible.

Nice hotel

Nice looking property, true to the Margaritaville brand. Very clean. Small compared to other brand hotels we’ve visited. No entertainment at all during our weekend stay; advertised live music on Friday & Saturday nights. When asked about entertainment, we were told it was “off season.” There is no off season with Margaritaville! Entertainment is an expectation. Very disappointed in the Landshark restaurant. Slow kitchen, apparently no spoons available - we ordered lobster bisque & never got spoons so we couldn’t eat it. Waitress brought us extra forks when asked for spoons. They did comp a dessert & took the bisque off the bill. But with no entertainment & a disappointing dinner this hotel is a one & done.
