The Queen Anne is a gem! The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I arrived ahead of checkin time and my room wasn’t available yet, but they upgraded me to a different room type. I loved the historic charm of the hotel and had all the amenities I needed. The neighborhood feels safe even walking around at night and there are some great restaurants nearby. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a very unique Victorian hotel, my daughter and I enjoyed the room, the breakfast, and all the Christmas decorations. It was very convenient to Japan town. The staff was very friendly and I loved that there’s parking available.

The hotel is beautiful inside especially at Christmas time. We loved the cozy feeling. They had a nice breakfast from 7:00-9:30 and always had water and coffee available in the sitting area. From 4:00-6:00 there were sherry and cookies as a nice treat. The only issue we had was our mattress. The middle was high and the sides sunk in which made for uncomfortable sleeps.

When we checked in we were given a room that wasn't finished being cleaned but were given another fine room. The room was cozy and charming and the lobby was decked out in holiday decor. They serve cookies and sherry at 4pm which was a nice touch. Only stayed one night and left before the breakfast, but enjoyed our stay.

Great location. The $30 parking voucher is good for just one overnight. But you might be able to find parking on the street. Rug in room showed wear, bathroom floor was slanted and shower head was at neck level and outlets were in unusually high places in the bathroom. These oddities are part on staying in an old refinished Victorian home. The breakfast was typical of a stay at a motel chain. The location is excellent and bed was comfortable.

Fantastic location in Pacific Heights and easy to utilise San Francisco’s bus network to get around if you like. Staff are very friendly and accommodated an early check in for us when we had landed in the morning from Australia which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend this hotel

Great location and old, Victorian style hotel that has a lot of cool personality. You def stay here for the charm (and the location is pretty good too).
Rooms are a bit older though, and the breakfast is basic (they could use some more hot food options besides hard boiled eggs and sausage).
