Terrible experience, one of the worst places I've stayed, couldn't wait to leave.
The property condition was poor, general smell of smoke and dirty floors in the hallway. The rooms and furnishings were old and need updating.
There was also a suspected rat running around in the roof of the building above the room.
The room booking was also cancelled at 7pm on the day of check in as I was travelling to the hotel, and I had to rebook the same room for twice the price that I had reserved it months earlier, felt scammed! No support from customer services afterwards.
Would suggest avoiding at all costs.

We arrived at the property to check in at the front desk where the agent told us the property manager canceled our reservation because it wasn’t paid for but we can get the same room for double the price we originally booked it for on Travelocity. I asked for the manager she said they weren’t there and couldn’t be reached. I told her I was going to call Travelocity to report the incident. Keep in mind our reservations were still showing confirmed on Travelocity. While trying to contact Travelocity another couple were told the same thing as we were. We then realized that this was a scam by the hotel. As soon as we started speaking with Travelocity the agent called us back and said we can offer you a discounted rate which was the same rate Travelocity confirmed for us. During our stay while waiting on our Lyft we witnessed numerous guest get told the same line about the manager canceling the reservations. Travelocity/Expedia should remove this hotel from their site

We leave due to a roach infestation and saw some last minute pictures on reviews were people were having red marks on their body after waking up. I tried many times to get my money back but manager didn't even want to answer emails, calls or asume responsibilities. Will never be back again!.
