Book a two-night stay for business. The club floor had breakfast, snacks and dinner. Room was clean and comfortable. Service was prompt and friendly.

I had a great stay at the Sheridan as far as my room but I believe the staff could be a little more courteous. When I arrived the gentlemen at the front desk was rude, and I couldn’t understand why. Prior to me there was a lady working beside the gentleman (front desk) who was explaining the location of the amenities to the guest in front of me. When it was my turn I got no hostility, no same explanation of where things were. I felt like I had done something wrong with how I was treated. But I will say thank you to Essences for letting me used your charger. I was already a mess and didn’t realize I never grabbed my charger before leaving home. I do appreciate the help.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The front desk personnel were unfriendly. There was no coffee on the go like most hotels in the lobby. We didn’t have time to make in the room and the restaurant was not open yet.

When I arrived for check-in they did not know that I booked two rooms and had to find the other room. When we went into one of the rooms, the air-conditioner did not work and needed filter to be replaced in order to work properly. The maids don't "clean" your room. They pretty much do what they want and call it a service. They might make your bed up and they definately do not vacuum.
I'm going to explore other options with different chains. Im not sold on Sheraton.
