Our room was dirty and the kitchen was very sticky, on top of the refrigerator thinking that it was a tractor so we asked to change a room and got an upgrade to a slight better room. Still, the bathroom was not clean and had hair in it :-(
Moreover, we were 3 and had only 2 towels. we were told that all towels are being washed and that they would send out 1 more towel an hour later, which didn't happen. i went to ask for it and got it later on.... :-)
Besides that, the staff was friendly and breakfast was good.
Overall its a nice hotel, considering that it was a on the cheaper side, i think its a good value for your money.

Friendly desk staff every time we went there. Morning breakfast was nice, and variety was good. The room was comfortable and the bed was very good. We wish the buildings were connected so we wouldn’t need to walk outside to get from our room’s building to the main desk and breakfast areas.

I stayed one night with my husband and son.
The room was clean and comfty. We had a problem with a clogged toliet that overflowed but someone came out right away to resolve that problem. I originally booked this room due to the location close to a conference we were attending along with the price and the pool. One thing I didn't know is that there was a $250 deposit charge for the room also that the pool is in the main building not where your actual building where you are staying so if it is cold outside your hair or other body parts may still be wet and it's uncomfortable to move around like that.

When I went to check in, I was informed I had to deposit additional $ on each room I reserved. A hold on my credit card was placed and will not be refunded for 3 to 7 business days. I could not cancel my stay because it was paid and reserved through Expedia. Also my room card would not work to get into the building. A drunk man let us in and said “this door never works”. REAL SAFE!
