When we go to Eureka Springs, it is our go to hotel it's nice. Breakfast is wonderful and the people that work there a great.

Overall this was a decent hotel. The staff was very friendly but was not very helpful. It was fairly clean but they only changed out our towels one time during our 5 night stay. The pool and hot tub looked like lake water and smelled like mildew. The dresser drawers had a really bad smell of mildew in them, which we were unable to use. The wifi did not work the entire stay.

My fellow travelers, for the love of sweet baby Jesus do not stay here! I along with other travelers were catfished from the online reviews. Upon arrival it was clear that we stumbled into a hotel of mismanagement, zero upkeep, and unsafe grounds. It was soon evident when I made it to my room that the outlets didn’t work, no mattress cover, non functioning shower, phone didn’t work, and room door was warped even when locked and bolted. A two inch gap at bottom remained. I placed a chair in front of the door to jam the door. Not only did I rent one room, i also rented a second for my kids and their friends since we were celebrating a birthday granted they were 18 years old. They stayed next door and the connecting door was not functioning. Needless to say, our first night was a nightmare. Kids were running around slamming doors at three am and what sounded like someone turning tricks. I was deathly afraid and I texted my kids to move the desk and place it in front of the door. The police was called to kick out the pimp and the prostitution ring. At 4 am the fire alarm went off in the second room I rented and we had to evacuate only to learn it was due to a dying battery. That was the first night. In the morning running on fumes I decided to go to the lobby to share my experience with the front desk. But, someone had already beat me to it. Another traveler was airing their complaints and they had a list written. The first thing on the list was the swimming pool! TBC…

It was a really good stay. I went here for my anniversary weekend and enjoyed the hot tub and the convenience of it near things.

We had a very nice stay. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub was the best part for our family after a long day. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay again, hopefully soon.

We had an excellent stay, everyone was amazing. Maria was always helpful and accomodating. The pool and hot tub we used every night, the projector was awesome in there as well. The breakfast had great options and was always hot and fresh.

Very easy to check in and out. We stayed with 2 adults, 2 kids, and a medium dog. The room was comfortable with decent blackout curtains. Nice hot water in the shower too. The pool was fun for our boys and the hot tub was decent too. They even played a movie while my boys swam. Breakfast was good too with eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, and juices. Plenty of space to walk your dog around outside. The second night a family above us was running around and loud in the room, so it was difficult to fall asleep. WiFi was good, tv selection good, and we’d stay here again.

We loved the pool and hot tub. Room was spacious and beds very comfortable.

Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was a different story. There appeared to be mold on the ceiling, the walls were dirty and bathtub needed to be refinished. We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool. Our daughter got out and refused to swim after just a few minutes. Our 10 year old said the water was too murky.
