Great hotel, excellent location. Staff is professional and courteous. Room very quiet, even on the Stockton street side. Bed ultra comfortable. Timeless interior. Gym quite nice.

I like to think the front staff people for helping me maneuver through checking in that afternoon. I had my backpack and clothes stolen out of my office so I had nothing with me except the clothes I had on from work and I would be attending a holiday party and they were kind enough to help me get checked in with the loss of my wallet and my ID and my credit cards, they did an amazing job. I’m truly grateful.

I came to the city from the South Bay for one night to go to the theatre. Great hotel. A little chaotic getting there but once inside - very nice. Staff is actually very attentive and really do a lovely job. Thank you!

Nice hotel and good condition of the room. Bed was comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. The issue was a very loud UniteHERE strike protest at the Grand Hyatt across the street. Several Union Square hotel chains having similar issues.
Not the Campton Place’s fault but it still affected the comfort level. Fortunately it ended at 10 pm. Started up again at 7 am the following morning.
The gym was very nice - they use a covered outdoor patio so cool temp.

Nice staff but it was a struggle with the noise from the nearby strike. We didn’t receive any notice that it would be so disruptive. Generally the place is nice it’s just not 5 stars as advertised. It seems they are going through a renovation so perhaps once complete it will be improved.

Wow just wow. These guys after 2 weeks in the USA reminded me what true service is. Excellent location. Spotlessly clean with a fabulous Indian restaurant. Very comfortable and nothing was too much, even the late checkout to amtch my evening flight. Will stay again. Well done Taj

There was a very loud protest outside the building which created a lot of unpleasant noise pollution. The hotel should NOT be 5 stars and I can’t imagine how it is.

Know that workers are striking across the street at the Hyatt. Between 8:00am - 10:00pm the noise is unbearable. Hold off on booking here for another 90 days. Expedia should know this; also know they charge a resort fee. Something else that Expedia should note. This is a pernicious fee that just inflates the daily rate.

There were disturbance throughout the state nonstop
Room service clerk was not pleasant did not respect our privacy walked in the room We were not decent Very embarrassing her tone was not pleasant so to stay was not pleasant. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel in the future.
