Staff was helpful until I asked for a credit for no hot water. Still waiting for z call from manager. Also didn’t get an email receipt and have asked twice!

The staff was very attentive and helpful. However, the TVs in the room did not work and the room has obviously not been cleaned properly before our stay. Very overpriced for the quality of the building and cleanliness.

My time at this hotel was pleasant. My room was clean and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was really good. They did this cute thing where they made me and friend guest of the day. They gave us a bag with goodies inside. The worker's at the front desk were nice and welcoming. The rooms and the bathroom could use some updating but the overall the condition is clean. I will definitely return.

No wash clothes, trash left in room. No heat was working amd it was a very cold night.

The staff was friendly. The staff was friendly. I don't usually sleep well the first night away from home. The bed was so comfortable, I had the best sleep I've had in years. I really like their valet system, even though I don't like having to valet park. I never had to wait for my car. The hotel is convenient to the Metro and Underground Atlanta.

When we arrived to the hotel we were changed to 5 different rooms because something was not working or the room were occupied. The room didn't have hot water.

Great location and great staff. The room was really nice! The area around the hotel isn’t the safest but this is a great choice for a stay!

My stay was good. The only thing that was upsetting was that there wasn’t any hot water the first night/following day due to it being a sold out weekend and the hotel is fairly old. The staff was very nice and welcoming though.

We didn't like that the cost couldn't be divided up equally between those of us sharing the room and charged to our individual credit cards. Most hotels will do this, no problem. We got the impression that staff just didn't want to go the extra mile, like it was to much bother for them. Dining area was always cold. Breakfast menu should have some GF options.

Nice and clean

Overall I would rate this place a 4/10. This place would be a last resort place. Nobody tells you about all the homeless that are right outside the hotel. And don’t get me wrong it’s a lot of police outside the area but it still felt uncomfortable. You had to walk a good 5 mins to the parking deck which gives an unsafe environment. I wouldn’t want to go there at night by myself. If you don’t want to pay $50 for valet to park your car in the same garage. Then you can park it yourself for a fee that can go up to $30 for an overnight. Our room wasn’t properly cleaned and had a lot of broken items. We had stains on the cabinets and hair in places in the bathroom. More than we could tell from the mini fridge having broken legs so it wobbled to the broken tile in the shower. Shower bar was broken. And so much more. In order to flush the toilet we was told to hold it for almost a minute. We was also told it was because it was so many people in the hotel. The water in the property wasn’t hot at all just warm. Almost cold, we had to pretty much wait almost 10 mins for a little heat to heat up the water. Great staff though, very friendly and kind. And maybe it was just because of the weekend we went. But it wasn’t our best experience.

It only had 1 elevator working. Breakfast was good. There was food trucks near by that had good food. Parking with valet was the best option.

it was cold.the thermostat never went above 70. there was no shower curtain- we had to contact the front desk to bring us one.
