Easy parking and staff were excellent during my stay. Have stayed here twice now and much cheaper than the sureounding hotels. Room was big and nice for the price and no issues. Very convenient location and fairly quiet too. No doubt will book again in future

This hotel is old but kept up very well. The proce was great and the bed was comfy. We appreciated being able to walk to all of our destinations during our stay and never used the car once. Front desk was friendly enough.

Most of the front desk staff is wonderful but there are a few duds. Staff was very easy to work with when my husband’s stay at the hospital kept getting extended. Even telling me when they were going to be fully booked so I knew in advance. They were very accommodating and I appreciated that.

It is a beautiful old building. Don’t expect a huge, fast elevator or big spacious rooms. Do your research- it has a beautiful history!

This building is very old. The heating was terrible. We couldn't get the heat to rise when we turned it up. Then in the middle of the night it was really hot. The shower was nice and the room was pretty clean, considering the building is very old and dated.

It was close to medical facilities. Liked the Gideon Bible in the room. It was not handicap accessible. There were 2 steps to the door and another 5 steps to get to the front desk. Luggage had to be carried up to the front desk level, and then there was a cart you could use to go to your room.

There were dinged up furniture, broken tile, toilet that rocked , bed hard as a rock, flat pillows! It was quiet and clean ,There were pipes in bathroom that the wrapping was peeling and rusting

This was my second time staying here. I was upgraded from a king junior suite to the library suite which was huge! I'd recommend both rooms. This room was so spacious. It's the perfect place for a reasonable stay if you are having surgery/appointments at Virginia Mason Hospital.
