Overall very good quality service and rooms. The staff was extremely friendly and easy to talk to, the beds were firm but not overly firm, and the blankets actually kept me warm unlike other hotels'. Moving rooms after making a new reservation was quick and painless, and the shuttle service to the airport was really convenient! My only gripe would be the fact that they don't offer a free breakfast, they only had quick prepackaged items like muffins and danishes. Would book again!

My stay was okay. There was lots of noise in the hallways in the early hours of the morning (3-5am) which made it hard to sleep.
Also, I was woken out of my sleep by someone who insisted I open the door when I did not know who they were.
Besides that, the hotel was clean and the front desk staff were amazing.

Nice room, seemingly newly renovated lobby and other spaces. All good. I would have liked a slightly more robust continental breakfast but, overall, an excellent hotel experience and I would recommend this property

The staff were so sweet! However, there was a used item in our room. I didn't see it until I moved the sheets. It was so off putting. They gave us a new room, but that was a little crazy to see.
