We loved this hotel! Lots of 60’s memorabilia throughout the hotel. The breakfast buffet is not included however the hotel staff (Ellen) comped us 2 breakfast vouchers. Delicious buffet- real eggs!
The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet.
We will definitely recommend and return!

Some of the furniture seemed to be a little old, and the room was clearly missing a chair. Otherwise, the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, and the hotel was in good condition. I would certainly stay here again.

We have been staying at The Verve for the past few years when in the Natick area. However, while the staff are always lovely, I have to note that the facility - particularly the hotel rooms - are feeling quite tired looking. Plus I haven't been particularly pleased with the cleanliness either. However, generally, it is a safe and reliable choice.

I checked out at 7:50 am and at 8 am I realized that I had forgotten my charger in the room. I asked them to get it and they simply said that there was no charger in the room. It was impossible for another guest to be already staying there. The people who work there in cleaning should be more careful and detailed.

The hotel is retro and fun, however the pillows were very thick, stiff and uncomfortable. We asked for thinner, softer pillows, but they only had one style. We both had bad nights’ sleeps.

Need hooks for towels. Need grab bar to get out of shower. Toilet too low. Room was not well dusted. Would stay again in spite of these issues.

I checked in late. The air conditioner didn’t work. The thermostat was useless. I woke up sweating and gasping. When I called the reception, they weren’t able to help as it was midnight. Waste of my money. I was too tired to even argue with them and just opened the window and slept.
