Hotel was so clean and perfect for a couple's getaway. Pet friendly and has a park right across the street perfect for the fur babies. Views were amazing and staff were very accommodating.

Well located downtown, room clean and updated. Numerous items not working in our room including lights, sheets that had shrunk and were too small for the mattress thus sliding off the corner. No concierge to assist. Decent non included breakfast. Very few amenities included. Shampoo in the conditioner dispenser in the shower. Room too dark at night because of inadequate or non working lighting.

The location in Dallas is fine and the price was mostly fine, but it was incredibly noisy given the fact that we didn't see another hotel guest the entire 3 days we were there. Outside noise, elevator noise, people talking who knows where, etc. The beds and pillows felt more like a discount motel than a Westin, can't imagine returning there to stay again.

Excellent hotel if you are going to be in the downtown Dallas area. It has great dining options as well. My favorite is the pub downstairs. Very friendly staff and great dining choices.
The front desk, cleaning, and valet are friendly and efficient.

Beautiful hotel and the staff was great. The Irish Pub on street level has a solid menu with friendly staff. Will be staying here the next time I’m in Dallas.
Only issue was they had water heater problems the first day so showers were lukewarm at best.

Despite Expedia pays for the accomodation fees on my behalf, Westin took all the room charges from me and they didn't understand what I explained regarding the Flight and Hotel package. I contacted Expedia about my anger and disatisfactions reght after I returned to the U.K but Westin has not yet refunded the charges despite they confirmed Expedia that they will do so. Terrible isn't it!

Not a bad property, but expected more from Westin. Everything in the hotel had seen better days and was a bit beat up. The room itself was very clean though, and you can't beat the Westin beds.
