Great stay, price and area. Friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean , the only issue was breakfast, don’t really like it.

I stayed one night on January 3. This is a great hotel for the price. The facilities and room were very clean and it was very quiet. This hotel has quiet hours after 10PM, which is great. I'm deducting a star for the uncomfortable bed. I had to go to the chiropractor after staying there.

We're very disappointed in the Lubbock Tru. We had a great experience at the Webster TX Tru only 3 days before, but this Tru was not good at all. Our first room was 310. That room should be closed until the shower head is fixed, the sink replaced and the room gets a deep cleaning to get rid of the smell of fritos. The evening clerk was good, she immediately moved us to 308, which was better. Still not as clean as it should be. The carpet on the 3rd floor looked like it hasn't been vacuumed in days. It was covered in litter. One elevator is missing a handle. All in all, it looks like the manager is not checking on the cleaning staff or the maintenance staff. Maybe the manager should visit the Webster Tru to see how a hotel should be managed.

#1 would be the staff. My 24 yo daughter was travelinf across two states, late at night and this staff helped me get her a room from afar, asked her name and even said..."we'll wait up for her". That was so comforting to a momma who could be with her.

Shower needed maintenance. But overall a nice property ans staff.

Hotel is nice but the walls are super thin. You can hear conversations and ALL activities going on next door

The staff at Tru was excellent. Especially Britany (not sure if it’s spelled right). She went above and beyond for our very large group. The common area was ideal for our family gathering. Amazing memories were made.

Brittany in the morning for breakfast was excellent! We LOVED her personality and she made us feel right at home. Alexis in the evening was very helpful. It was very strange to not have a closet or dresser in the room to store our belongings. Our room had no -functioning lights, broken bed frames. We did like the game area and sitting area downstairs. It was a great area for our family to visit.

Had awful closet area , and no place to unpack your clothes. And the heater was really loud.

You get what you pay for. The building is not very old but the condition of facility is aged. Broken tiles in elevator, toilets that barely flush, hooks pulled from walls leaving exposed drywall. It is conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and a dog park but the highway noise could be heard all night.

The customer service was great! Alexis at the front desk was a life saver! She took care of my family during a family emergency! Thank you! (Hopefully i didn't spell your name wrong) Thank you!!!

Restroom floor dirty and poor water pressure shower barely had any pressure. Lighting in room poor light fixtures broke. Very disappointing.

The people were nice and friendly. Although I had a late check in, the person at the front desk catered me to my needs.
