I love the breakfast!! Whoever oversees the breakfast items and service deserves a promotion. The eggs are fresh the sausages are fresh. I have been to other places that service complete breakfast and this is by far the best. Keep up the good work. I want to mention I only eat breakfast when I travel. I am not a breakfast person.

I arrived to no smoke detector in the room. As i started unpacking i discovered it pushed all the way to the back of one of the open shelves under the coat rack. I removed it and put it on the main table under the TV.
The new room styles are very sparce. There are no closets. The lighting is terrible and there was no alarm clock, blow dryer, or anything to right on. There was no book about local restaurants or the area. The cleaning staff was friendly and cleaned well.
The breakfast area was very messy and there was no general clean up made throughout the breakfast service. The eggs weren't real eggs and the sausage wasn't completely cook. Early morning, what appeared to be staff and other employees were also eating from the breakfast area.
The front desk staff had difficlty speaking english so they were hard to communicate with.
Unfortunately, this hotel chain has pared down too much for my liking.

Breakfast variety was very limited. White bread was the only option for toast. No bagels or other pastry except small muffins.
Unripe bananas only fruit option I saw. No lemon for tea.
One important concern was lack of connected smoke alarm in room.
While the rooms were clean they lacked a closet, a clock and pad & pen.
Front desk reception was adequate but unprofessional.
Having stayed at Wingate by Wyndham in the past I was very surprised how it has changed for the worse.

It would have been nice if the young lady who checked us in informed us when Breakfast was served. The property needs at least 2 waffle makers. The line gets very long and I was unable to make my daughter any waffles. Need more of a variety of cereal. Something that is not flavored with peanut butter.

The renovations of the rooms are nice. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were pleased with everything. It's also a good location for the outlets. My husband and I would stay there again.

This was a good but not great stay. Breakfast was pathetic with few choices, machine made instant coffee, little fruit, no oatmeal, only whole milk. Staff seemed indifferent not welcoming. Many aspects were clan and modern but stark and low-end. We would be unlikely to stay at this chain again.

First room had no hot water and the second room they gave me was at the back of the hotel and there are active train track back there. When a train comes by it’s like it’s in the room with you.

The property is in front of a railroad track which is kind of load at times especially if you don't know there is a track there and the sheets were very scratchy. Our stay was Otherwise a good one. Parking close to the building is very limited and the back parking lot is dark. I might consider staying there again.
