Lots of interior construction going on,room floor was not clean you couldn't walk bare footed,they would get very dirty.beds were very comfortable that was a plus.Once the remodel is done it will be great.we will be back

El hotel es muy bonito y limpio. Sí colinda con el riverwalk, pero caminando esta algo alejado de los lugares principales, sería el unico pero. Aunque se puede utilizar Uber o rentar scooter. El desayuno lo recomiendo bastante, de verdad se nos hizo muy rico. Sin duda volvería a alojarme en este hotel, lo recomiendo.

Please change the coffee maker and cups. They were not compatible. Also, the machine does not produce a sufficient cup of coffee.

The noise from the train kept me awake. The room heater makes a lot of noise when coming on. The bathroom sliding door rattles noisily when used in adjoining rooms.

The property was under renovation during our stay, therefore some amenities were not available. The room was beautiful and newly updated. And the coffee maker in the room made excellent coffee. It's convenient to the Riverwalk downtown and to Pearl area. Looking forward to its fully renovated.

Great staff and very clean, hotel was under maintenance and had to deal with construction in the lobby and multiple fire alarms, however the staff did let me know beforehand that the alarms were being worked on and not to worry if they go off. All in all, great room for the price and right on the river.

The name displayed on the Hotel (Cypress Inn) was confusing because we were looking for Wyndham Garden. The only way we knew we were at the right hotel was a small unloading sign in front. Expedia & the hotel should provide that information to customers.

Hotel is still under renovation. Rooms are nice and new. But walls are thin and can hear footsteps, babies crying and sliding glass door open from other rooms. I was in a connecting room on the third floor. So if I come back, I will request only rooms on the top floor.

They are currently renovating. So you could not sit outside and enjoy the scenery except for the pool area. My room was nice. Restaurant was nice. When all renovations are completed it will get more stars.

Property under remodal, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Spa was out of service. Path to the river walk needs to be cleaned up, revamped. Customer service was absent.
