Had to stay in Omaha for medical appointments. Didn't want to spend a lot of money for a room that we were just using for sleep. This room was perfect. Room was clean and comfy. We were so pleased that there were extra outlets on the end tables so we were able to charge all of our electronics at once. The pool was closed due to maintenance but we weren't planning on using it anyway. Breakfast was simple and nice. Cereal, waffles, bagels, danish and more. Juices and coffee were available, too. Definitely would stay here again!

Not any better than a motel 6 or super 8. Stinks, filled with bums, breakfast sucks literally just carbs no meat nothing. Everyone was complaining about no hot water, pool was okay but the area around the pool???? Disgusting. The people who work at the front desk are slow and clueless. Would never give them my money again.

Toilet did not flush well.
Took about 5 minutes to get warm water in sink.
Shower water never really got hot: we had the handle turned all the way to the hot side to get any hot water.
Breakfast was a nice continental, first day had hard boiled eggs for protein and the second morning had sausage patties. Coffee was good.
Last time we stayed here we had no issues with our room.

We have been staying here every Christmas for the past 10+ years, we actually had our wedding rehearsal here 22 years ago. This place has taken a dive under new ownership. The entire hotel smelled like smoke and weed, the police even showed up the morning we left. Very rough crowd in there. Hotel room carpets were stained, someone needs to invest money in this place and raise the price per night or sell it to Super 8.
