Room is really small and the bathroom is right beside the bed. Feels humid. And the shower drainage was bad and I was always showering in the water puddle. Not a nice day for this kind of price.

Great service overall, however one of the beds reclining feature was broken and no shower curtain for shared rooms.

Near from the Times Square, very modern, comfy and clean (which is important). Staff is helpful. I stayed with my mom for dew days and we love our time there.

They don't give me back my deposit $ 100, after I pay for the hotel and need more pay $ 186. $ 100 deposit and $ 86 for security.
