Friendly and enthusiastic staff, enthusiastic support, comfortable and convenient bedroom, and convenient location. The only downside is that I booked a non-smoking room, but when I opened the door, I still smelled the smell of cigarettes, a bit unpleasant. But after a while of turning on the air conditioner, the situation improved.

Phòng ốc nói chung là có sự ngăn nắp sạch sẽ. Tuy nhiên cách âm không quá tốt, ở trong phòng nhưng vẫn nghe thấy tiếng chân hoặc tiếng nói chuyện ở ngoài rất nhiều. Nhân viên các bạn có sự nhiệt tình nhưng không chủ động, luôn cần mình nhắc hoặc đề xuất thì mới hỗ trợ (ví dụ ban tối mình nghe thấy tiếng động ở ngoài hành lang rất lâu nhưng đến khi phải nhắc nhân viên các bạn mới đi tìm và giải quyết). đôi lúc lễ tân còn không ngồi tại vị trí, dẫn tới việc tìm nhân viên rất khó!

Mình đọc review về thái độ của nhân viên khách sạn không tốt nên có hơi lo lắng, nhưng khi tiếp xúc thì các bạn nhân viên đều rất nhiệt tình và đàng hoàng luôn. Về tiện nghi thì phòng của mình cũng đầy đủ các vật dụng, tuy nhiên phần nhà tắm & nhà vệ sinh là cửa kính nhám vì thế người ở ngoài có thể thấy được người bên trong, như vậy ngại lắm luôn.

- mình hài lòng với phòng ốc sạch sẽ, khá mới. - 2:30pm mình check in nhưng lễ tân đưa nhầm phòng vẫn chưa dọn cho mình, mình không nhận được 1 lời xin lỗi nào từ lễ tân, chỉ báo mình ngồi đợi tí đi kiểm tra lại. Họ đổi sang phòng khác thì vừa dọn xong tức thì còn nồng mùi xịt nhà vệ sinh và nước lau sàn rất khó chịu. - Ngày thứ 2 mình nhờ HK dọn phòng, họ thay khăn mới cho mình và thản nhiên lấy khăn cũ lau bồn rửa mặt và khu vực cạnh bên, trong khi mình vẫn đang ở trong phòng. Mình đã shock thật sự. - mình có trả phí 1 cái drap giường vì mình mượn bàn ủi ủi đồ nhưng không may bị hằn vết lên vì bàn ủi quá nóng. Mình trình bày với chị lễ tân là trường hợp của mình như vậy thì lễ tân lại nói kiểu như vì mình tha thiết mượn bàn ủi nên mới cho chứ trước giờ khách sạn không cho mượn. Mình thật sự không hài lòng với cách ứng xử và thái độ đón tiếp khách hàng như vậy. Dù mình book phòng giá rẻ không đòi hỏi gì cao nhưng cả cách làm việc của lễ tân và dọn phòng làm mình cảm thấy khá tệ.

Chủ khách sạn đòi đền tiền ra giường với giá 500k khi ra bị vết máu trày tay của con mình. Khi chúng tôi đòi kiện công an thì không đền nữa. Sáng hôm đó có khách đền 2 ra với giá 1 triệu với cách tương tự. Mọi người nếu đen ở thì nên cẩn thận với chủ
