What is a five star rated venue good for if it is not serviced equally. Venue is filthy, the rooms are not getting done, the staff doesn't understand sufficiently English, food and beverage service is lousy. This is getting topped up by fire alerts that are not getting noticed by night, recptionists aren't available on call.

I couldn't use wifi in my room (1405) for the whole 2 nights. Even the IT staff came and tried to help, the problem was still there.

The service is ok, the room is quite clean, but the bathroom is a bit small, the space arrangement is a bit weird

Everything is very good , from the customer service to the staff . I stay here every time I return to Quy Nhon , I feel comfortable in Anya . Most recently , I had a sick family member at breakfast , the hotel staff was very attentive . You bring honey and warm water, you ask her if she needs help, you check for the hospital ... open the elevator and ask if the customer needs to use a stroller for the elderly. I thank you, in addition to being very dedicated to the guests, you also have a kind, considerate and very cute attitude! I will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends when the opportunity arises.

Satisfied, but not absolute because upon check-in, there was no handover of items in the room..when checking out, go to check each hook and report that the guest is missing one to pay for it..then travel and don't know how to get a hook to do it. what. The hotel notes that if the loan is like a loan, there must be a table of items in the room and the guest is fully ok upon check-in, then call the guest to pay. The first time I wanted the trip to go smoothly, so I agreed to pay because the hook is only 20k, but again, there's no problem, managers. Thank you very much and really the hotel is worth staying, only I say it needs to be fixed immediately.

Standard 5 * rooms, good soundproofing. Friendly employee. Breakfast was good, but a bit limited. The hotel has many good virtual living spots. However, there are a few points to note: The swimming pool, unattended, the pool bar is messy. The gym is also unattended, a bit small compared to 5* standards.
