Everything is good. All the staffs are very friendly. The location is really convenient… 100m to the beach. Downstairs has GS25. In general, here is good to stay.

Clean room, no weird smell, friendly and polite staff. There 's also a GS25 next to the hotel so it 's very convenient.

New and clean room. Friendly staff. Got an upgrade to the bigger room with nice view. Definitely come back!

We spent a night at Aquatel in a Family Room with 3 large beds. The room had really nice & modern decoration, it was spacious and super clean. Room service was great. The receptionist helped us for early check-in even in the weekend, they also offered voucher for free drinks with door-to-door delivery service. The only minus point was that they didn't have garage for car park (we had to park on the pavement infront of the hotel).

I've stayed here for the third time, the location is near the center, near the beach. The hotel often advertises that the pillows at Aquatel are great, and I have to admit that the pillows, beds, and blankets are great, I always sleep very well here.

Poor soundproofing. The rooms next door and upstairs affected everything, the noise was annoying, had to change rooms. Although I have stayed here many times, after this time I probably won't come back because of the above experience.
