- Space: Ground floor: parking lot, can accommodate about 20-30 motorbikes, 5 cars. 1st floor: Reception desk, spacious dining room, however, there are quite a few seats. There are 2 elevators, comfortable fire escape stairs. There are 3 types of rooms: regular room, VIP room & family room. (I stayed in VIP room -> Has balcony) - Service: Attitude is not very cheerful, the security guard is enthusiastic. - Location: convenient 3 minutes to the beach, surrounded by many amenities. - Rooms: clean, odorless (should equip with scented wax or room spray to enhance the experience), has TV and refrigerator, magnetic lock door is quite safe, has table and sofa, dressing table, 1 bedside table. - Items inside: good air conditioner, clean and fragrant bed sheets, towels seem clean (I did not use). - Toilet: acceptable, a bit small but clean, has a dryer and full of personal items. The room is not very soundproof, can clearly hear talking and outside sounds, because the area is crowded, it is quite noisy at night until about 2am when it is quiet. Overall, I can rate it 4/10, with this price on the weekend, I have many other better options.

Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. but booking is still possible at 2:50 p.m. In my case, it was my fault for not checking the date before booking, but it was still possible to book almost 1 hour after check-in time and no one could solve this problem.

I booked a day here. There was an empty room so the staff checked in early. The room was dirty (I checked in but then went out late) so I didn't know until around 12am so it was inconvenient to call to change. The hair dryer and phone were both broken and couldn't be used (I unplugged and plugged them in) tried everything but it still didn't work. Although the experience was not pleasant, the hotel staff (receptionist, security) were enthusiastic in supporting, so I still rate the "people" as good and the overall experience was okay. Hopefully if I have the opportunity to return to Vung Tau, I will have a better experience.

1-star experience from Bella VT. A few years ago, I stayed at Bella when the hotel had just opened. My impression at that time was very good about everything. This time, Vung Tau is so hot that there are no more rooms left, so I booked Bella again because other hotels are full. When I checked in, 7 people sat down and no one said a word to them, from the manager to the 3 staff members. They stood and laughed. The staff's attitude was not good. They imitated the tone of voice to discriminate against customers. I gave my direct feedback when checking out. The room smelled bad. The maintenance staff (or owner) went up to the room and smelled the smell clearly, so they suggested I change rooms, but because I was tired and had fallen asleep, I refused. The room was hot. The air conditioner was not cold. When checking out, I gave my feedback, but the staff had an attitude that I did not contact them during my stay. If I wanted to change rooms or make things difficult, I would have contacted them already. This is just a suggestion for maintenance to pump gas and such. I am very lazy to change rooms because all the furniture has been moved out. In general, the room is much worse than before. Attitude is worse than roadside eateries. When you don't have good facilities and bad attitude, how can you survive? It was raining. I got soaked from the car to the hotel.

Friendly staff and good customer support, location near the beach (more than 100m away) and right in the center so it's very convenient to travel. Surrounded by many CVS such as Circle K, GS25. The hotel issues VAT invoices quickly and easily and the staff is very meticulous in asking guests to check the invoice before issuing.

At 1:30, I called the hotel because I wanted to check in early. The receptionist said the room hadn't been cleaned yet. I said I would come at exactly 2:00. Because I arrived in Vung Tau early in the morning, I was quite tired. When I came to ask at 1:55, I was told to wait another 15 minutes and couldn't sit still. When I saw the receptionist let me check in, at 2:20 I came to ask if there was a yes. I said I sat and waited but no one asked. I told him the room was only released at this time. In the basement of the car, there was a sign to rent a car with 1L of gasoline, until I picked up the car. Then the gas station collapsed, the security guard asked each car to give us only half a liter, so we hurriedly ran to find the gas station, afraid it wouldn't be enough.

The hotel is decorated in a summer beach theme in the lobby, my baby loves it. The hotel is located in a beautiful, spacious location, about 5 minutes walk to the beach. There are many shops and convenience stores around. The hotel has 2 elevators so you can move quickly. The room is spacious, clean and airy. One small suggestion is that in the bathroom there are no hooks to hang clothes. There is a handle to hold things but it easily falls off. The hotel should arrange more. Personally, my family and I had a good experience at the hotel. 😊
