Khách sạn không có nước nóng. Hôm mình đi trời rất lạnh không tắm được Khi vào phòng mùi gỗ hơi nồng. Ngoài ra gối hơi cao hơi mỏi cổ Tuy nhiên khách sạn gần qảng trường gần biển gần khu ẩm thực

khách sạn cho khách check in sớm hơn giờ quy định. Gần bãi biển Quy Nhơn và quảng trường.xung quanh có nhiều hàng quán ăn rất tiện.NV khách sạn nhiệt tình và vui vẻ. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ nhưng hơi bị ảnh hưởng tiếng ồn bên ngoài do phòng không có cách âm.Nhìn chung mọi thứ tương đối tốt

It's okay, the hotel is cheap, so it's not too demanding. + Good location, near the center, the beach, near the dining area, the square, busy. - The water is hot but only slightly warm, because it's summer, it's not a big problem but still deduct points because my child comes with a small child, this is also basic equipment so it needs to be improved. - The room is equipped with a phone but it can't be used, it's inconvenient to ask what to go down to the counter.

Staff is very friendly and supportive when I need help. Everything is perfect: room is clean, air-conditioner is new and run smoothly without noise. Only 1 thing needs to improve: sound proofing is not good. I can hear people talking outside.

This is a downtown hotel, although in the alley but the distance to the sea is relatively close, I was very satisfied because of the cheap price, convenient travel, restaurants around a lot, near squares, bars Bar and supermarket. At first, when I arrived, I didn't pay attention to the room, so I booked a standard room, the hotel arranged a room on the second floor rather tight with only a small window above (in the room outside the air conditioner, there were wall fans). They didn't know anything about it), because I was small, I was forced to change rooms to a bigger room with a large window facing to the front, the staff dedicatedly changed the room for me (there was a little extra fee for a higher class room). Small room area but with enough amenities. The staff is gentle and cheerful, having a motorbike rental to go around. The hotel experience was very enjoyable for me.
