We had a great experience staying at Bonsella. My wife and I were travelling with a 15month old and the staff at Bonsella were so helpful in assisting us to organize broken accommodation periods, storing baggage and getting our basics tended. Th staff were all amazing! We will definitely stay there next time we are in Hanoi.

The room had a lot of mosquitoes, I stayed 2 nights, the hotel refused to clean the room, emphasizing that I went out and returned to the same room, then called the front desk to solve it, it was ok but still it was not cleaned after (on The room kept waiting for people to come up and clean it but I didn't see it) , towels were not changed, toothbrushes and toothpastes were not at all, had to call 2-3 times until late at night to ask for 2 towels. I have experienced many hotels in Hanoi, this is the worst time for me.
