Even though it's an apartment, it meets 5* hotel standards. The view is very beautiful. The bedroom and bathroom are clean and fragrant. There is a convenient kitchen. strong water. Strong WiFi. The TV is great for watching YouTube, the swimming pool on the 36th floor is so beautiful, the entrance to the apartment with the highlight of the walking bridge above takes beautiful pictures. The whole family had a perfect vacation at Chau Homestay. Next time I come to the mainland, I will still choose Chau Homestay. The accommodation is great, there is nothing to criticize.

Phòng rất đẹp, sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Các tiện ích trong tòa nhà rất tốt. Tuy nhiên thang máy thường xuyên bị kẹt và phải chờ đợi khá lâu. Nói chung trải nghiệm của mình ở đây khá tốt. Trừ vợ chồng đợi thang máy hàng ngày và tiền gửi xe khá cao thì rất recommend. Giá cả của Châu homestay cũng rất cạnh tranh, chị chủ cũng khá dêc chịu khi mình thống báo xuống trả phòng trễ 30p

Chung cư rất sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi có máy giặt, bếp, dụng cụ nấu ăn và chén dĩa ăn uống. Có cả những thứ râu ria nhưng không kém phần quan trọng là nước rửa chén, nước giặt và chổi. Tùy phòng mà có thể nhìn ra biển tuy nhiên phòng của tụi t không nhìn ra biển được đây là một điểm trừ và một điểm khác là 2 phòng ngủ nhưng chỉ có 1 máy lạnh chung. Nhìn chung trải nghiệm vẫn rất tuyệt và nhân viên cũng nhiêt tình có thể nhắn zalo nhờ hỗ trợ .

The owner is very friendly, supports quick check in and out, clean rooms with full amenities. However, the elevator problem must be accepted because from the beginning of construction, the lobby and elevator area was too small, having to wait a long time is inevitable, but there is no air conditioning or ventilation in the waiting area in front of the elevator, super stuffy, there is a main door nearby but it is not fully opened for some air but closed tightly, standing waiting for 15 minutes is like being in a volcano. However, the week I went was not too crowded so I only had to wait a long time for the elevator when I first checked in, so avoid checking in between 13-15h.

The room is very dirty and smelly, I don't know if the home is clean.
There is no water in the refrigerator.
The room does not have its own air conditioner, we have to share it, which is very inconvenient and not soundproof.

Surcharges for many unnecessary expenses that make guests feel bad, such as the surcharge of 25k/piece of luggage at the reception... The room is okay but there are a lot of ants. I stayed here once, so I will consider staying at other homestay hosts if I return to The Song.

Hello, we have a commitment to free luggage storage for guests from 7:30 am until check-in, so we need to correct your opinion so that other guests do not misunderstand. As for you checking out and changing the room to store luggage, we need to charge a fee to cover the cost of the premises, as you can see other places cannot keep your luggage while waiting for check-in. Maybe you do not understand enough, even if you are staying at your parents' house, it seems free, but in reality, at least they have to pay for you the electricity, water, cleaning, and depreciation of the property. •First of all, the customer care service at Chau homestay is very good, from check-in to check-out for guests. When I left, the staff at the homestay still supported me to check out early.
•The rooms are clean and the kitchen utensils are quite complete.
•A tip for those who stay for a long time is to buy more laundry soap and if you cook, you should buy more spices.
About the elevator because I went during the week so there was no elevator jam
•About hygiene, if there is a lot of trash in your room, you should take it out, don't leave too much to avoid being fined. Each floor has a trash room near the elevator area, so everyone should pay attention to keeping it clean.
Next time I go, I will still choose to book here.

The owner is cute, enthusiastic in giving instructions, and the staff is the same. I hesitated for half a month to book The Song because I saw many bad fb. Finally, I decided to book Chau Homestay to test my character. When I checked in, it was great. The room was clean, fragrant, with an internal view but airy. The elevator was airy, not stuck because I stayed in the middle of the week. Next time I visit VT, I will continue to visit here.

I booked a room on the title which said private room with soundproofing and private air conditioning. but when I received the room it was not correct. the room was just cut out and the extra room had no air conditioning. the room was clean. I have stayed here several times.
