I was not happy when I booked a room for 4 people (2 adults, 2 children under 5 years old) on the website with no extra charge. But when I arrived at the resort, I had to pay an additional 200k/second child.
The resort had a power outage but the generator system was not in time, so the time was prolonged

The bellmen are very enthusiastic in helping to move very heavy luggage.

The services, facilities, environment, cleanness and the staff are super duper excellent. Truc, who is one of the staff there has assisted us a lot from day one. She helped to list down the place where we should be visiting and help to call grab driver for us. Not to forget the resort did also provide shuttle bus to the Dalat City which is one of the bonus point.

This resort is breathtaking if you want to spend some quality time with your significant other. Too bad the weather is bad and we can't enjoy the activity the resort offers. Customer service is amazing and will take care of all your needs. I love how they greet and welcome you. They pay very close attention to detail and attentive especially the girl in the PR desk name Thu I believed.

I love this place so much! Can’t believe I stayed in the resort with theme park. So sad that I stayed only 1 night. 2 night could be fund as I didn’t manage to play at the theme park. Love the check in service all thanks to ms truc! Excellent service. Suitable for family stay as there is bungalow type hotel there. Will come again just for this resort! Unable to purchase strawberry as is just a baby. 😅
