Great place to stay in Hanoi if you want to explore the old quarter areas. Very near to the Hoan Kiem Lake and the night market. Everyone is so warm and courteous towards their guests. I really enjoyed my stay here.

This hotel is a very good value for money. The staff is incredible (especially Annie who gave us the best customer experience we had in Vietnam) and the rooms are very good and clean. The breakfast is good too, fresh juices and very nice service.

Staff are very helpful, welcoming and friendly and made our stay amazing. The hotel and rooms are clean and the breakfast spread had a lot of variety. Would definitely recommend this place if you want a nice relaxing stay in the huddle and bustle of Hanoi.

Hotel with perfect location right in the heart of the Old Quarter. The rooms are very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The staff also made check-out very easy, allowing us to leave our luggage and have a shower before going to the airport. I couldn't recommend this hotel more !

The location is great and the room was quiet, clean and comfortable. But the staff is what really makes this hotel wonderful. The outstanding service started the day before we checked in. The manager sent to me an email to confirm my booking and arranged the car at the airport. The reception desk gave me a lot of information about the city as well as helped me to arrange the trips to Halong bay and Ninh Binh. I had a memorable time in the trips and at this hotel. I would come back this hotel next time

This hotel is definitely the one we recommend. Everything was amazingly clean, the location is amazingly close to all attractions and locations in Hanoi and the staff...absolutely the most incredible, knowledgeable and caring staff. It was such a wonderful experience staying there.

The hotel is clean, modern and pretty. It is a very enjoyable and fantastic stay. Especially with the super friendly and helpful staffs the manager of the hotel is super helpful, always giving quick responses and useful ideas for travel. Do not hesitate, this is a good place to stay in Hanoi.

The staff of the hotel are very nice especially Ms. Annie. They took care and assisted us with everything we need. They also helped us on how to go to the places we wanted to go. The restaurant is just amazing. This place is also located downtown of Hanoi and it's convenient for tourists visiting the place. I very appreciate it.

Perfect location for access to Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter. The room was comfortable and breakfast choices exceptional. Staff were friendly and very willing to please and the location is excellent.

Very helpful and polite staff . The room size is very nice , excellent food and facilities. The Wi-fi needs an upgrade that is the only service which is below standard. The laundry service is quick and cheap
