I reached there and they told me that the room i've booked have problem, instead of offering me another same room they already helped me to get a room from other hotel and the cost for the hotel room not even worth the cost i've paid. I felt like being scammed and what's the point of booking a good view with good facilities?

The room has a nice view, convenient location, everything is fine but the air conditioner is weak so it is quite hot with the current Nha Trang weather. The room is not soundproofed well, at night I woke up because of the sound of water from another room. The staff attitude is okay but not too enthusiastic. With this room price, there will be other better options.

The hotel does not have a basement for motorbikes, my car has to be left out in the rain and in the sun, so the cellar does not have a cover for the car. After the weather in Nha Trang was raining, at 19:00, I went out to play 3 hours later, the rain water wet all the rooms facing the sea, I had to move from the 9th floor to the 8th floor and then put my things in the elevator to the 12th floor and wait for the staff. clean the room to reduce water to stay in. Mình đặt phòng trước và có note phòng một giường nhưng khi tới khách sạn đưa mình phòng 2 giường, khi mình hỏi thì bảo hết phòng dạng mình đặt rồi. Phòng khách sạn giao không được chỉnh chu, sàn lau bẩn và remote máy lạnh hư Lần trước mình ở rất oke nhưng lần này thì trải nghiệm hoàn toàn ngược lại

ưu điểm: ở ngay hẻm đường Trần Phú, có thể đi bộ qua bên đường để tắm biển. nhân viên nhiệt tình thân thiện, phía trước có view biển, phía sau có ban công, phòng mát mẻ sạch sẽ, có cho thuê xe máy 150k/c. Tuy nhiên phòng không được cách âm cho lắm, nhưng với mình thì ok, Vì chỉ về ngủ.

Khách sạn nằm ngay biển, dễ dàng ngắm cảnh và tham quan. Khách sạn còn mới nên dịch vụ chưa được tốt lắm. Dọn phòng nhưng không bổ sung khăn cho khách. Thuê xe máy nhưng sắp hết xăng. Dịch vụ chưa tốt lắm
