The management of the hotel is not able to handle stupid issues with water pipe in the barhroom. Do not expect too much help here from the staff... They are blocked to help in any way. Maybe this is because manager of the property.. This (attached pictures) was completely unusable. Water is simply not going through such water pipe - it's impossible. 1. I've removed broken bathtub hose and went to reception. They said will solve the problem soon. 2. We out hotel for few hours.. (i left broken pipe outside the room). 3. When we back i've found same pipe installed back to the bathroom. (wtf?! ;) 4. I went again down the reception. 5. Asked to replace again, if they not have - just replace temporary from another room (with no customers) 6. Can do??... No!. No help. Just: 7. "do not care + take it as it is" (what is easy to find in many places in Vietnam...:( hotel is generally ok but do not expect any help here if you have an issue. Hotel also has surprises! :) please look last photos (with hairs) - just after check in .... Lol :) this has not been cleaned for a long time! , maybe weeks! ... Disgusting! There is no people take care here...

The location is excellent. It's in the center of the town. The room is big. The facility is full of dust since it's under construction now. There's no room service to clean the room every day. They didn't take out the trash. The staff is nice but they don't know the town clearly so they couldn't give us direction.

The hotel's accommodation is very good. Clean and bright, with big bed and wardrobe. Plus point is that the room is full of sunshine with the big glass wall, you can also see the street from your bed. The location is convenient. No elevator is the only minus point for me.
