The room is compact but fully equipped and clean. Friendly employee. There is a bar with free tea and coffee.

The room here is simple but very luxurious. The staff members are so cute and enthusiastic that I am always shy. There is no swimming pool or spa here, but the mini bar is free to drink tea and coffee, for that price, it's too expensive, so I give it 5 stars, the hotel is very clean. I will definitely come back the next time I return to Can Tho.

City Hotel, comfortable room, clean hotel.
However, there are few restaurants around the hotel, have to walk nearly 1km to get a breakfast restaurant.

I booked the most expensive room, but the door was not soundproof at all. When I closed the door, I could see the light outside because the door had a gap. People walking or talking in the hallway could hear everything.

Nhân viên rất dễ thương và lịch sự. Phòng khá nhỏ, bù lại được cái sạch sẽ, vị trí nhà tắm hơi bất tiện dễ làm ướt quần áo treo gần đó. Sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp!

Stayed for 2 days but the hotel did not clean the room every day. The app and the hotel keep pushing each other, not providing invoices to guests, the explanation is very unsatisfactory. Not recommended for business trips because you can't get an invoice to pay.

The hotel is clean, near Ninh Kieu wharf, convenient for transportation. The staff was very attentive. When I went to the car, due to flooding, the staff proactively came out to help us walk without getting our shoes wet. Small but very thoughtful action.
