Golf Star Hotel

Dear Golf Manager Star Hotel. My husband and I spent four days here on my birthday. On this occasion I would like to be evaluated to contribute to the hotel further development: Clean, new interior. Convenient location: near the market, near the airport, ... However, I was quite unhappy about the service of the cleaning staff: I stayed up until the second day requested housekeeping, Who should think that my husband and I will go outside, they will come to rest, the end of the day is still not moved to call again. On the fourth day we stayed here after a two day trip, three receptionists and two cleaning staff sitting at the large table saw us picking up loads of items in the elevator without help. Another problem I think the Board of Directors should review the professionalism and workmanship of staff here: my husband sent birthday cake in the refrigerator of the hotel by the cleaning staff take When I got back, when I got somebody's hand or something, I did not know that it was broken into the concave part. When I got home, I saw the honesty of the staff here. It is better to eat food that is cut with a clean knife, but it is better to use a hand wipe, such as a cleaning staff, your hands ensure the quality of the remaining bread. Having spent my vacation here with a very uneasy spirit, I hope the Board of Directors will consider and handle the violations so that we can come here again with a different view. Thanks!
