The room for 2 people is too small, not like the introduced pictures in web. Although I booked and paid for 2 days but the hosts said it was 1 day. The fact that their attitude are not good with customers and then I left this terrible homestay!

Computer car rental by hour is quite difficult. Other places count 1 day as 24 hours, but here take 1 day from morning to night. But I have to return the car before 8:00 pm. I have negotiated that it is too early to return the car after 8:00 am and usually tourists will come back until 22-23. But the hotel is still quite difficult and not negotiable. The amount of motorbike rental 100,000 VND / day (from morning to night) that must be paid 20 hours in advance is not reasonable. Other places are 24 hours per day (ie 8am this morning, pay for 8am this morning, and this hotel will pay 8am for 8am).

I booked a flight ticket combo + hotel room for 3 people. When choosing a hotel room, a dorm room was selected (accommodating 6 people). But when she arrived at the hotel, the homestay owner informed that the app only gave her a room bill. So we have to pay 2 room extra for the room. But when choosing dorm room services, I don't know about these rooms (even if I don't have more people or rooms). Hope to work more clearly with homestay. On the other hand, the experience in the homestay room is very good but the road to the homestay is bad, the taxis are full of wrong pick points because the number of house numbers are nearly the same.

Dear customers! When you choose a Dorm room, it means a dorm room, the price per bed is 62,000 VND, that price the hotel thinks is very low for 1 person, can not cost 62,000 VND for a 6 person room. No confusion from the software of Traveloka, but the representative of the hotel I sincerely apologize to you! As for the way to the hotel, the road is almost finished, so it is quite difficult to go, the road will be very beautiful in the near future! Wishing you lots of health!
