Plus points: Clean hotel, right in the center, very convenient to move around, there is a coffee shop downstairs, there is a restaurant upstairs, very convenient. The room is a bit small, but fully equipped, fully functional. Minus points: Rented for 2 days, but the housekeeping staff forgot to clean the room on Monday.

Tụi mình đặt 2 phòng cơ bản nhưng được sk hỗ trợ đổi sang phòng VIP vaf check in sớm 2 tiếng mà không thêm bất kì chi phí nào. Phòng cực rộng và thoải mái. Trang thiết bị hiện đại. Sạch sẽ. Đội ngũ nhân viên cực kì nhiệt tình, thân thiện. Có đồ uống phục vụ trong khi chờ làm thủ tục nhận phòng. Vị trí ngay trung tâm tiện di chuyển. Bữa sáng phong phú, ngon, đa dạng ngoài mong đợi. 10 điểm

Thái độ lễ tân cực kì cực kì tệ. Mình đặt phòng giường đôi, khách sạn lại cho ở phòng 2 giường ghép vào ngủ cực kì khó chịu. Lễ tân thay vì xin lỗi khách thì đổ cho khách bảo tại anh chị đặt phòng không có yêu cầu giường đôi nên giường đơn hay đôi là do khách sạn quyết định. Trời ơi description rõ ràng ghi 1 giường đôi mà 1 2 đổ cho khách. Đi xa đã mệt rồi còn gặp giường khó ngủ thêm lễ tân mẹ thiên hạ thì xin phép né xa. Tệ lậu hết sức! Bù lại vẫn cứu vớt được anh bellman nhiệt tình thân thiện.

The room is a bit smelly, the toilet wall is not clean. Breakfast is from 6:30 to 9 am, at that time, very few people can eat, guests who go to a convalescence or wake up late around 8:30 will not be able to eat breakfast. The day before, I went down to eat at 8:40 a.m. until 9:05 a.m., when a staff member came to the counter to get food because the buffet was prepared.

Khách sạn mới được cải tạo nên về cơ sở vật chất còn mới, vệ sinh sạch sẽ. Khách sạn phục vụ ăn sáng rất đa dạng, các món nước trong buffet sáng vừa miệng mình. Trên tầng 8 có nhà hàng nhật & cà phê trung nguyên ở tầng trệt, cộng thêm vị trí trung tâm nên mình rất hài lòng khi lưu trú tại Hoàng Long! Có dịp mình sẽ chọn ở tại đây lần nữa!

The hotel is at 1 star level. room is spacious but the device is too old, look not clean. Old shower rusted without replacement. Hotel right in the center. Step out is full of play dishes. very convenient. The hotel is near the port to go to Phu Quy island. The hotel has car parking. Security guard is very cute and enthusiastic.
