The hotel is right next to Quy Nhon port, a large truck coming in and out constantly; rooms, air conditioning, furniture too old, unacceptable; 1 star can't even say 3 stars

The travel plan changed so I went to Hoang Yen 2 earlier than expected one night, although I contacted by phone earlier to book a room, it was time to check in at 22h50 when the room was canceled due to cancellation. Late check-in, negotiation, and room availability, check-in is wide, airy, low-rickety internal, dust under black dirty floor, broken TV call repaired and not checked, drinking water is not available. The next day I had to leave the room I had booked to go to another place. Poor service, poor sanitation, and poor service attitude.

Một trải nghiệm đáng nhớ. Khách sạn khá rộng lớn nhưng hơi cũ kỹ so với tiêu chuẩn 3 sao. tôi đến khách sạn lúc 18h30. có 1 bác bảo vệ ra chỉ chỗ đậu xe cho tôi vào trong góc tối. Khi đi vào sảnh thì cũng là bác bảo vệ đó làm thủ tục check in cho tôi. Hỏi sao khách sạn không có lễ tân à. thì bác ấy nói chỉ có mình bác đó. lễ tân làm tới chiều là về rồi. Sau khi làm thủ tục xong. tôi và vợ con xách lành lý lên phòng. cũng phải tự xách hành lý chứ không có bellman nào. khi vừa lên tới cửa phòng ở tầng 2. thì nghe 1 tiếng cười của 1 cô gái rất đáng sợ. hoảng quá không biết chuyện gì đang xảy ra. thì ra bác bảo vệ ở dưới sảnh đang mở phim ma. mở âm thanh khá lớn (có lẽ già nên lãng tai). Hành lang tầng 2 tối thôi chỉ có ánh đèn từ tầng 1 hắt lên. nhìn quang cảnh xung quanh rất giống trong phim ma. Sau khi ổn định tinh thần gia đình tôi vào phòng và tắm rửa. Nội thất trong phòng khá cũ kỹ. Máy lạnh thì hư. tôi thường chạy lên chạy xuống để lấy đồ đạc ở xe lên phòng. sau khi gia đình định ra ngoài đi ăn. vừa mở cửa phòng ra lại nghe tiếng phim ma rất rùng rợn. thế là quyết định trả phòng vì quá sợ ma. Bác bảo vệ cho số điện thoại để gọi cho cô lễ tân đang ở nhà. và cô đấy đòi thu phí 300k (giá phòng chỉ có 450k). Sau khi chúng tôi không chịu. vì mới vào 1 tiếng mà mắc quá. thế là chốt giá thu 100k. sau khi thanh toán xong chúng tôi rời đi và không dám ở quy nhơn nữa

Phòng to rộng tuy nhiên vật dụng đã cũ và hư hỏng làm trải nghiệm ở không được tốt.
Lễ tân dễ thương.
Ở ngay cạnh cảng có nhiều xe container đi lại.
