Clean, airy room, good experience This place is the worst service in all hotels I have ever stayed. 1. Before leaving, I asked the airport transfer service to the hotel because when I booked I saw it in the utilities, I called to ask, the receptionist told her to check and will call back, I also asked her to notify me soon. If not, I found another car and I didn't get any call back until I got to the hotel. 2. The next day I asked to rent a motorbike, this place only had 1 car so I was ok to rent it for 200k/day even though I went for half a day because the receptionist said "no half-day rental". While the next day, my friend rented and was only charged 120k, when I asked again when I was charged, she said the reason was that the 24h car fee is different, the other friends went for half a day, I asked why when I asked If you don't rent a car for half a day, she said the reason was "If you don't inform in advance, you will rent a car (note that my friends are the same, I just come down to ask in the morning) 🙂. 2. Because the previous day I was driving without a document, I was a bit shy, so I asked to book another car for the next day (car rental price 200k + shipping to the destination is 60k), I was ok and closed with another receptionist. order for this patient (this patient is in the afternoon shift, it's so cute), then in the morning I met that scowling friend, asked her to say why I didn't tell before, now she doesn't have a car (I'm like , while she doesn't) wanted to check with the other friend but we were wrong by default, and didn't listen to us). When I came back in the afternoon, my friend was cute, I asked her again if she explained that she thought she could still rent in the morning, so she didn't book in advance, didn't expect it to be in the morning, so I hope I can understand (I'm ok, not anh big deal, different attitude). 3. I've personally reviewed the hair receptionist for a while now. Short scowl thoy, back to the hotel, I found this to be more like a motel, when I walked in, the floor was very dusty, the bed and blanket were spread with the right duvet cover, the inside of the blanket was left for the guest to wrap themselves, no free mineral water ( there is an empty refrigerator), in 3 days without filling paper to change towels at all. Mainly because we don't stay a lot, so if I tell you the cute receptionist will probably clean up.
