I like everything here! Room is the same as in the picture. Really recommended if anyone who wants to stay in Dalat but for location its not really near to city centre. For muslim, took 15mins walking distance to Sarah halal restaurant & add another 5mins to night market. For breakfast, note that it don't have any halal opt, but there is bread and quite variety of fruits you can eat. Its the first hotel where I get souvenir upon check out 😄

The stay was superb. The employees are very nice and accommodating. They also have a motorbike rental service in a reasonable price, too. So overall very satisfying. They even gave us small souvenir gift before we leave. Definitely recommended.

- No eating + drinking in the room
- No inviting friends from the same hotel to the room (each room is limited to 3 guests maximum)
- Quite far from Da Lat market (about 20 minutes walk) + no restaurants or cafes around

The location is not close to the market, 2km from Da Lat market, new hotel, cheerful and enthusiastic staff. The main room door is not soundproofed well, so everyone talking in the hallway can be heard in the room. Although the breakfast menu has few dishes, all are delicious.

Ksan has a convenient location, near the center. Fully furnished rooms. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic to assist. The only minus point is that rooms on the first floor can hear guests on the G floor having breakfast talking or walking in the hallway, the soundproofing is not very good. Besides that, there's nothing to criticize.

The hotel is new and clean, the space is meticulous in every detail. The staff is also polite and gentle. There is a 50% off massage service that is ok but I didn't have time to experience it. When returning to the hotel, there were also gifts. Will return as soon as possible

The interior is clean, tidy and the facilities are very luxurious and modern, the bathroom was dry upon check in. The breakfast has many delicious dishes, all the staff are very polite and friendly.

Great location, comfortable bed and quiet room. Rooms are a good size and beds are very comfortable. We arrived very early after our flight and were able to drop our luggage and head into town without any trouble. Breakfast was good with lots of choice.

khách sạn sắp xếp cho phòng tại tầng trệt,gần nhà bếp,lễ tân và phòng massage,rất ồn mình không thể ngủ đc,phải ra nhắc đến mấy lần có đỡ hơn nhưng 1 lúc sau lại thế.Buổi tối thì mùi tinh dầu từ phòng massage nồng quá,bạn mình không ngủ đc.Trưa ngày 2 đang ngủ thì dọn phòng gõ cửa hỏi:bjo chị đi để e dọn phòng?.Mình nghĩ khách sạn nên có cách làm khác,mãi mới ngủ được lại bị làm phiền,phòng thì không có view,mình đặt phòng trước cả tháng mà thế này rất bực mình
