The hotel would like to inform you about the children under 12 years old are allowed to stay with their parents, with details : - Children 0 - 5 years old stay for free if using the existing bed. - Children 6-11 years old will be charged VND 175,000 per child per night (room only) and VND 225,000 per child per night (breakfast set menu) when using the existing bed. - Guest aged 12 and over are considered adults with a surcharge of 350,000 VND per person per night (no breakfast) or 450,000 VND per person per night (breakfast set menu) when using the existing bed. Parking was a nightmare. The investor cut costs, so there is no dedicated parking floor, forcing guests to park along the street and walk 10-15 minutes to the hotel, which is inconvenient in bad weather.- Location: It takes 20-30 minutes to reach Mui Ne town or Nguyen Dinh Chieu street food. It is inconvenient without a private car or bike.- There are no activities on the beach.- The pools are too small to accommodate guests if the hotel is at full capacity.- Food: Restaurant is to small, shop house is local food but high price and no variety.-> feel like investor tried to put many things to the small space. Recommend: do no try otherwise you may got angry.

Check in check out bất tiện khác tòa mà không có nhân viên hỗ trợ chuyển hành lý. Làm việc rất chậm. Check in mất 1 tiếng và check out cũng phải chờ rất lâu. Tôi phải để lại phương thức liên lạc để đi trước vì không có thời gian chờ. Thái độ nhân viên không tốt khi gặp vấn đề. Máy lạnh không hoạt động tốt nhưng không hỗ trợ đúng cách. Phòng buổi tối cúp điện liên tục. Tôi cảm thấy rất lãng phí khi ở 1 khách sạn phục vụ kém như vậy

Bảo vệ xin chụp ảnh để gửi bộ phận phía trong nhận diện, như vậy khá bất tiện cho khách. Theo mình chỉ cần báo khách đi mấy người, đi xe gì, màu gì. Cách hỏi và trả lời khách của một số bạn nhân viên (nhân viên đưa đón bằng xe điện) chưa phù hợp, hỏi trỏng, mặc dù khách đã 35 tuổi (chắc nhìn mình trẻ, tưởng con nít 😂). Vị trí ở Hòm Rơm hơi xa trung tâm, nếu lười nên ăn uống, nghỉ dưỡng tại khách sạn luôn. Bãi biển đẹp, rộng. Khách sạn có nhiều hồ bơi cho cả người lớn và trẻ nhỏ.

Mandala has a very nice exterior. It is very far from the city center. Customer service for reception can be worked on, but they are nice. As for food… food is expensive in the restaurants below the towers. Mandala has an option for breakfast for another 200k. Do not get it. On the invoice, it says breakfast is already included in the price while I surely bought it as an add-on. Mandala is quick to fix all the problems I've had with the room once I was actually able to reach and contact the receptionist: the shower head being clogged, the TV not displaying channels correctly, the phone that couldn't connect to the reception desk, the disappointing food, but it's all mediocre at best. There's no point for them fixing it now while my check out is in two hours. At least the room will be at minimum working condition for the next client but I am not happy for the quality they provided with what I paid.
