I will give 5 star for their service because they have a VIP Reception, Privilege cable car only for hotel guess, hotel worker carry our luggage until our room.

Two nights staying in Mercure was a great experience. The room was big, clean, and comfortable with French Village view. The staffs were helpful and able to speak English. The foods were good and so the swimming pool. If we had a chance, we'll absolutely get back here

I was so sick with a bad headache. I went to the reception to get medicine, and they sent me back to my room for a doctor to have a look. I was very impressed with the Vietnamese lady doctor who took care of me; she gave me medicine before bed and after breakfast. I felt better straight away after the first dose.

The room is clean and unique, but it's not soundproof. I can hear people from another room speaking and doing things. Almost all the restaurant is close at 8-9pm so it's a little bit difficult to get food at night. But overall it is a unique experience.

Had a great stay at hotel bana hill sun world was very comfy bed and the extra chairs and Chaz lounge was nice to have. Room was very cozy and warm after a long rainy day only negative thing about the room was the toilet was very small and you had to open the door to get in and sor down properly very small! But the room was great staff were kind and helpful and the food was great we had no complaints bit we didn't get to use are drinks vouchers sadly. As it was late but had the most amzing time.

Very nice view and unique hotel. Luckily we got upgraded to connecting rooms. Dinner and breakfast was very good, both taste and the variety of the foods.

Everything there is the best. When we arrive at the Mercure hotel, we feel very satisfied to the hotel staff services. They are very helpful with warm welcoming, especially, the services of the staff at the main lobby counter, he is most helpful and very kind to us. He has arranged the best room for our family since my mother is elderly with wheel chair. He has attended to our request and tried to arrange the suitable room for our family that we are most appreciated in him. The room facilitates us in everything and provide comfortability under reasonable price. Furthermore, the breakfast is awesome comparing to our experience. In the meantime, the hotel buildings and French villages are really really beautiful with fantastic scenery, performance and atmosphere. We feel we likely stay in France. In sum, we would like to visit again and again, we are surely to revisit Bana Hills and stay at Mercure hotel!

❤ I love Mercure Bana Hills so much. Strongly recommened to stay overnight here cause you will experiences Bana Hills while it's peaceful and quite time (not fulled of many people). So much charming place. Breakfast is perfect! So many dishes to enjoy and delicious🥰🥰
