The staff was enthusiastic, helped carry the suitcase up and down the cable car. When going down the cable car, there was a car to take the car to the requested parking place. Beautiful scenery, room had heater. Wifi was a bit weak, late at night I couldn't watch TV in the room because the channels were turned off.

I was so sick with a bad headache. I went to the reception to get medicine, and they sent me back to my room for a doctor to have a look. I was very impressed with the Vietnamese lady doctor who took care of me; she gave me medicine before bed and after breakfast. I felt better straight away after the first dose.

The room is clean and unique, but it's not soundproof. I can hear people from another room speaking and doing things. Almost all the restaurant is close at 8-9pm so it's a little bit difficult to get food at night. But overall it is a unique experience.

The accommodation is beautiful, comfortable, and the staff is lovely. I am a hot person, so I need a fan when sleeping with air conditioning. The staff brought one for me. The food is delicious, especially the buffet. Both the beer and the food are very good. It's a pity that when I came, it was rainy and foggy, so I was in a foggy atmosphere. But overall, I was very impressed. I will definitely come back again.

Everything was good except in the early evening when the atmosphere was nice like being in Europe but the hotel staff played all the Luk Thung and Mor Lam music so loud that the playlist was all over to please Thai people that it was like walking at a temple fair. From giving it a full score of 100, I felt disappointed. What a waste of atmosphere here. It was like playing music to please the uncles and aunties who were on tour. I asked friends who had been there before and they all said the same thing, that the atmosphere was ruined by the music that was played to please Thai people. My friend went 3 times and said that they played this kind of music every time and it was really loud. If the hotel fixes this, it will be perfect.

Had a great stay at hotel bana hill sun world was very comfy bed and the extra chairs and Chaz lounge was nice to have. Room was very cozy and warm after a long rainy day only negative thing about the room was the toilet was very small and you had to open the door to get in and sor down properly very small! But the room was great staff were kind and helpful and the food was great we had no complaints bit we didn't get to use are drinks vouchers sadly. As it was late but had the most amzing time.

Stay 1 night here for 2 rooms almost 6,500 000 million Vietnamese currency, the price is not cheap but, to be honest I have many bad reviews, because of the class of Accor Hospitality that manages. 1. For a room like a 2-star double bed is small and hard, there is only a ceramic floor, 2 toothbrushes, slippers usually for a five-star hotel it is complimentary but this is counted as a room nothing special. 2. Almost all the staff at the front desk have difficulty speaking English, for communication by email they are slow to respond, for phone calls they are never answered, for direct communication they are also difficult, for example I asked "what month is a good time to visit Bana Hill, I was told to get out 😀😀, basically almost 70% of the people we met or asked they could not communicate in English. 3. I had an airport pick up order from the airport to the hotel, they asked for payment in advance, but when we arrived at the airport we were not picked up, we were forced to take a taxi, and when we asked for a refund it was complicated, imagine we were in a foreign country coming from far away, had prepared everything, it turned out to be beyond my expectations. 4. For a 5-star hotel there is no welcome drink, and we have to carry our own suitcases when checking in, not full help at all.
