Friendly and polite staff. Room is clean and tidy, room 101 has sea and pool view. However, the main door facing the sea is damaged and difficult to open (the only negative point). Highly recommend to everyone, I will still come back next time and many more times.

Sau 7 năm quay lại thì resort vẫn giữ phong cách mới xây. Resort giá rẻ, sát biển, sáng nghe sóng đập vào bờ, chiều thủy triều rút để lại bờ biển để tắm, view biển rất xứng đáng. Nhân viên thân thiện. Sáng có buffet sáng tuy không nhiều món nhưng với tầm giá thì khá ổn. Resort sát vách quán ăn Hồng Phát, ăn hải sản khá ổn. Resort về bản chất xây dựng khuôn viên đẹp chỉ cần chú ý chăm sóc vệ sinh nữa là ok, phòng ốc cũng vậy, cần chăm sóc vệ sinh kỹ hơn thì sẽ trở thành resort đáng ghé ở PT.

I have a small child and booked a garden view room, but when I checked in, I was moved to a room upstairs at the end of the hallway.

Baĩ biển hơi dơ và nước lớn không xuống tắm được. Giá cả phù hợp với chất lượng dịch vụ. Tuy nhiên drap, bao gối và khăn đã khá cũ. Resort nên cải thiện phần này.

Phòng không được sáng, với không được cách âm rất ồn khi tiếng bên ngoài vào. Đồ ăn sáng thì bt không được ngon.

Phục vụ và đồ ăn thì ổn, nhưng cơ sở vật chất quá cũ nên hãy tưởng tượng bạn ở phòng trọ chứ không phải resort

Tại sao có thể đánh giá Minh Tâm là một resort? Chính xác hơn nó chỉ là một nhà trọ... Du khách phải tự xách hành lý, tư trang, chỗ để xe không có bảo vệ. Mình không thể ngủ nổi khi mền, gối dơ bẩn, có mùi ẩm mốc, rất khó chịu Ăn sáng cũng rất tệ, bàn ghế ẩm ướt Hồ bơi nhìn mắt thường đã thấy dơ, chưa nói là xuống tắm. Mình đã chuồn ngay sau 1 đêm duy nhất. Nói chung là trời ơi, sẽ không bao giờ có lần sau đâu. Nếu các bạn không nhìn nhận, chỉnh đốn lại cách làm việc, Làm du lịch một cách hời hợt, không có tâm. Sẽ là một ảnh hưởng rất lớn đến chính cá nhân bạn và đặc biệt là ngành du lịch của thành phố biển Phan Thiết. Thật đáng buồn!

The resort is okay. Breakfast many dishes. There is a swimming pool. The room soundproof is not very good. And one thing I have seen is that the cleaning staff takes a towel to clean the floor.

Resort Minh Tâm sạch sẻ, view ngắm cảnh biển hoàng hôn rất nên thơ với hồ bơi xinh xắn dể thương .Bé gái nhà rất thích " tung tăng"... Nhân viên cùng cô chủ nhiệt tình và thân thiện ...Ba ngày trải nghiệm hè thật đáng nhớ...Hẹn gặp lại với những kỳ nghỉ kế tiếp...!!!

Thông tin không đúng với thực tế khi nhận phòng, phòng nhỏ, hôi. Rất mất uy tín cho khu du lịch nếu các bạn không chỉnh đốn lại cách làm việc. Minh Tâm cần tuân thủ văn hoá làm dịch vụ du lịch cách văn minh hơn, không vì tết mà làm ẩu sẽ ảnh hưởng uy tín cá nhân và uy tín chung cho khu du lịch Phan Thiết

nhận được phòng 141 với mùi phòng mốc, điều hoà hỏng, bồn tắm hư, không có nước nóng... gia đình mình phải ngủ 1 đêm với cái phòng nóng như lò hấp hơi. Sáng hôm sau đề nghị với chủ khách sạn mới được đổi phòng. nói chung cơ sở vật chất khách sạn cũ quá
