This hotel service is very good, the staff very nice, rooms cleans, near from Sun Plaza, and this hotel is completed, have laundry, motorcycle rent, and have related with fansipan so when you buy ticket from this hotel, you will get discount. The owner is very nice, I arrived at the hotel in the morning like 6 am, they say I can check in. They provide all we need. For indonesian people, this hotel is reccomended. Thankyou for your service.

Staff was friendly but it 's look like the front desk not 24 hour. However, there was staff came to serve us. We arrived at the hotel at 5 a. M and not booked the room yet but they let us stay to take shower and also entrust our luggage. Their public toilet have shower. The room was comfy, the bathroom was clean and also have hairdryer. Will come back for sure if we visit Sapa again.

The hotel is very close to all the major attractions, but it 's not the most accessible. From the main roads, you have to go downstairs once if you come from one direction, and twice if you come from another. It can feel like a lot if you're carrying a some bags all the way from the bus terminal about 1100 m away. The hotel itself feels very nice, I can't believe we got it for the price that we did. The staff was very helpful, too. You can borrow an umbrella or poncho for when it rains. And if your clothes still get wet, there was a working hairdryer in the room that we used on our clothes. We had a decent view angle, but it was often obscured by clouds/fog, so maybe don't fret if your room doesn't have a good view. Like so many hotels, the air conditioner has a very bright LED display, so if you need a room that 's cool and dark to sleep well like I do, it can lead to nights of light sleeping. Still, I was very satisfied. It feels nice, and the staff are helpful.

I got free upgrade to luxury room with a window, spacious room and bathroom. It 's easy to find and near to Sun Plaza station also not noisy at all.
