Friendly, enthusiastic reception. I arrived before the check-in time, had a small child just in time to rest, the hotel did not charge any additional fees. Next time I visit Da Nang, I will still choose the hotel.

Pros: - Location near the center - Room is relatively clean and quiet Cons: - Shampoo and shower gel are not prepared. When I called to request them, I asked them to bring them up immediately but they didn't show up for a long time. After a while, I had to go down to the reception desk to get them and was told that they forgot. - The security guard's attitude after 10pm was bad, yelling at the guests to "Go in" - There was no breakfast buffet even though the room I bought had a breakfast buffet included. When I went down around 8am, I saw that the restaurant had no announcement. I asked the cleaning lady and she told me to go to the reception to ask because there was no buffet today. When I went to the reception to ask, the receptionist replied that there was no buffet due to some kitchen problem and suggested that they would buy food for me to eat, but I didn't agree. Then the hotel also said that sometimes when there weren't enough guests, they wouldn't serve buffet (at this point, I felt like I was being cheated - if there was such a possibility, why didn't they state it clearly when booking the room?). In case there really is an incident as the receptionist said, why not proactively notify the guests in advance or post a notice in front of the restaurant with a solution instead of letting the guests ask? I feel that the hotel's handling of the matter is very unprofessional. It was truly an unpleasant experience and I will never return. Anyone who books a room here should consider the negative points I wrote to avoid an unpleasant trip.

Khách sạn bình thường , nhân viên ăn nói không khéo . Đã thanh toán tiền trước 2 ngày 27 đến 29 lại đổi sang khách sạn khác vian gần đó . Lý do là hết phòng , xong giữa 12h trưa lại chuyển về nature ở 1 ngày 29 . Hài thật .

Rất hài lòng, yên tĩnh, sạch sẽ, thân thiện. không quá xa trung tâm ( cầu rồng) vì buổi tối đi bộ ra vẫn được. Đi ra trước khách sạn đi về bên phải rồi rẽ phải vào Lê Đình Lý, đi tiếp vào Nguyễn Hoàng( đường này hơi nhỏ hành lang dành cho đi bộ bị chiếm dụng nhiều) rồi rẽ phải vào Nguyễn Văn Linh đi thêm một đoạn là đến cầu rồng. Muốn đi gần hơn thì đi Trưng Nữ Vương khoảng tầm 2km là đến cầu Rồng
