The resort is very nice, the staff is friendly, it's right in the center, so it's convenient to travel, the breakfast is good, the dishes are changed every day. When my family arrived it was more than 10 pm, I booked 2 Deluxe rooms for 3 nights, but the check-in procedure was a bit long due to a problem related to booking, in return, my house was upgraded to a room class of a very large and beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with full amenities, view overlooking the pool very comfortable and private. Service style deserves 10 points 😊😊

Beautiful resort, very eye-catching colors. However, the campus is quite small, really not suitable to be called a resort. The staff is very enthusiastic, always happy. Delicious buffet, rich food 👍

Beautifully designed resort, clean rooms, friendly staff. The breakfast is delicious, the chef is quite attentive, knows that he is taking fried eggs for the baby and also arranges a heart-shaped plate of fried eggs. Thank you very much Risemount, my family has a great vacation here a.

This is the best hotel during my visit in Vietnam, 1, when I arrived the reception was very friendly, they gave me a welcome drink, basically super friendly. 2. The room is very clean and I like the details of their amenities, with cookies, it was quite impressive for us, and the bed was very big, super clean and comfortable. 3. The breakfast in my opinion during my visit to Vietnam was the best, the food has taste, for Muslims there are many choices of food that can be chosen. 4. I also had a spa, for 2 hours it was quite relaxing after a trip to Marble Mountain, this was the best choice, the price is still okay, there is a discount for those who stay at the hotel. 5. The pool is big, for family, or with friends it's quite fun, although there is no beach view but the distance to the beach is only 7 minutes on foot. 6, the location is close to everywhere, you can order grab and it is very cheap and easy.

This is the second time my family stayed here. Always very satisfied with the clean, spacious room, lovely and chill decor, rich and delicious breakfast, service attitude of dedicated and professional staff. The whole family from adults to children are very happy to stay here. If we come to Da Nang in the coming years, we will definitely choose Risemount as our place to stay!

We loved our stay here. The hotel is really beautiful and the staff members are super friendly. This is one Hotel where the actual hotel looks better than what's advertised in the photos. Buffet breakfast was good as well, loved the Vietnam iced coffee. Room was clean and they also offered free pickup from the airport which is a super plus point.

It's 3pm and we are still at the lobby. They just asked us for another 15mins so the cleaning crew could finish our room. At 3 pm, I still have not been able to check in even though I have come to leave my luggage and check in since the morning before.
