The infinity pool offers beautiful city views. Bedroom is clean. Friendly staff (guest relation Nguyen Thi Phu Yen) enthusiastically assist guests. Cute SPA staff. The lobby is spacious and airy. There is a piano in the lobby with melodious music from 7am-10pm. Delicious food. The breakfast buffet has few dishes and is not diverse.

The light sensor in the bathroom area of the pool cannot detect anyone in the bathroom. As soon as I entered, the lights went out and it was pitch black.

Everything was fine, the room was clean, new, fully equipped, had an iron, the staff always greeted and were enthusiastic, the breakfast was varied and delicious. The only minus point was the fish noodle counter chef, no smile, and the plates and bowls made a lot of noise.

New hotel, nice and clean rooms. Clean beach, calm sea (I went in early August) but it will be a bit deep for those who can't swim. Breakfast is varied, quite tasty. The staff are well trained, friendly and hospitable. There is also a free airport shuttle service and it is very punctual. My family is very satisfied, will come back to Sala Grand when the opportunity arises.

The hotel is located on the seafront, very cool, the staff is enthusiastic and cheerful, the room I booked had a balcony facing the sea so it was very beautiful. I was especially impressed by the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the customer service staff named Thu Thuy. If I come back to Phu Yen, I will definitely stay at Sala😁😁

The hotel has a beautiful location, right in the center, near the square, very convenient for walking. The room was normal, the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, the air conditioner was hot and cold all night, I woke up many times to adjust the air conditioner. The receptionist does not know how to smile, the receptionist quality is 2 stars. The security guards are great, the security team's service quality is 5 stars. Breakfast is terrible, the dining room is designed too narrow for room capacity. I came on a Saturday, the food counter was lined up crowded, tables and chairs were placed very close, people walked quietly to avoid each other. Such a dining room design is below 3-star quality. I really liked the location, the lobby space, and the security team, but I moved out the next day because I felt uncomfortable with such a crowded place. It's not fun to have a vacation that's crowded like in the City

Everything is very good. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Spacious and clean hotel. You can use 3 swimming pools of the hotel including the pool on the 17th floor, the pool at Sala Beach club and the pool at Sala hotel. Breakfast is diverse and delicious. Convenient location to the center. Saturday night there is the hotel's Chill music night, every afternoon from 5pm to 8pm there is a DJ at Beach club. If I return to Phu Yen, I will definitely choose Sala again.
