Mặc dù có vài tình huống không may xảy ra, nhưng các bạn cũng như người dân địa phương hỗ trợ mình rất nhiệt tình. các bạn nhân viên và bảo vệ nhẹ nhàng, dễ thương, làm việc rất chuyên nghiệp. Hạ tầng phòng ốc rất đẹp và sạch sẽ. Bữa sáng tại nhà hàng rất đầy đủ, đa dạng lựa chọn và khẩu vị rất ngon. Đánh giá price/ performance = 10 điểm. cảm ơn các bạn!

A great hotel from the location, food, interior decoration is very beautiful and unique... if I have the chance to come back, I will still choose this place.
A small suggestion... the outdoor glass to view the sea is quite blurry, the hotel can handle it excellently

First time coming to Tuy Hoa but really lucky to choose to stay at Sala hotel, everything is fine and I find the hotel owner very delicate. Especially the hotel has electric bicycles which are very convenient for guests to use to go out to eat, sightseeing in the evening is very enjoyable.

The hotel's location is close to the beach, with a warm water swimming pool close to the beach! In general, it is very suitable to go with family! I stayed in room Xom 5 with a green garden in front of the room!

I rented a Sala garden room. I felt the hotel staff was very good, very friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel room had mosquitoes. When I gave feedback, the staff were very enthusiastic in helping me diffuse essential oils, however. When I traveled to Phu Yen from May 9 to May 12, the hotel reported an error about the infinity swimming pool, I was not allowed to use the swimming pool on the rooftop, I could use the pool on the first floor of the hotel (small pool) and the large pool on the side. across the street (near the beach), but the small bathing pool irritated my eyes a lot, so I had to move to the pool across the street (near the beach), and not being able to use the infinity pool on the floor made me disappointed. a lot about the whole trip. The bathroom looks airy, has a tub, and green plants, but it's actually a secret because it's all sealed up and there's no exhaust fan, so it's very smelly and smelly.

I went with my girlfriend and got a super satisfied room, the room was spacious, beautiful, clean, the hotel has 3 swimming pools to swim in. The staff was friendly, enthusiastic and professional. The space is spacious, airy and most importantly beautiful, if I come to PY again, I will definitely book this hotel.

Ưu điểm: nhân viên khách sạn dễ thương và thân thiện. Ăn sáng đa dạng phong phú các món. Nhược điểm: phòng rất nhỏ và hơi bí bách. Giường hơi ọp ẹp nằm khá đau lưng. Nhà vệ sinh phía sau có cây cối nhưng bao trùm không kỹ có nhiều lỗ hở có muỗi và côn trùng chui vào khá nhiều. Nửa đêm dậy đi với chỉ sợ rắn rết chui vào 😭😭😭

Nice room, I stayed on the 1st floor. The toilet was ok. Friendly staff. Beautiful grounds, check-in photos were ok. The only thing that was not satisfactory was that the hotel did not have hair conditioner for guests.
