Everything is good, my room have a very nice view on the high floor to see around the city. The rooftop pool have a very beautiful view, excepted I lost my glasses there. And special, I forgot a Bluetooth speaker in the room after check out. Then they found and sent me for a free shipped.

Everything was good. Service, rooms are very good and clean. This is not a hotel problem, so I will give it to a 5-star hotel. But, this hotel has lots of Chinese guests, and they are very noisy. Every time they talked, they ran to the hallway to speak, and they sounded like screaming and rude. Even though it was 11 o'clock in the night, I still stood there saying no to sleep. Nice room, nice view. I booked a deluxe room, but when I got the update to the premier deluxe room, it was to make up for it when I came to drink water to do something. Overall ok, the hotel is near the sea, can walk around

Hotel in the city Not far from the beach Can walk through the shops, restaurants along the way. The rooms are spacious, the service is good, the food is good, the price is the bathroom according to the condition that has been used for a long time. But if looking after the renovation all the time, it will be very good. There is a swimming pool and fitness on the highest floor. Open air, view There is a small bar available.

Suitable for a wide room. Breakfast is good. Convenient transportation. There is a pool, gym on the highest floor. Viewing the city is welcome, especially the manager Mt.Laan, although not near the sea. But can walk to nearby shops, restaurants, but the bathroom May need to improve

Breakfast is very good. They upgraded my room from Superior to the one has balcony which has nice City view. However, I booked double bed room, I think they ran out of that type then they turned the twin beds into look-like-"super king" bed which is not comfortable to sleep due to the gap in the middle. Service is good and the staff are nice and polite. I was annoyed when a woman made the toilet at the lobby terribly stink.

Enthusiastic staff, however poorly soundproofed rooms. The rattling sound outside all night could not sleep. Nice design room. The bathroom does not have foot towels when it is very uncomfortable. Delicious breakfast buffet.

Overall is good. Just 3 points that can be further improved: Inside the room: water was so weak, the floor is rather slippery, I saw the tile would be not so clean. The bed was hard, and not so comfort. Security: share the hotel lift with the milk tea shop next door where people outside just up stair to the rooftop for drinks. There is no limit for guess to go on the floor the stay or the external visitors. Just easily come in and press the floor they need. Good point: well prepared for breakfast box when I asked them to prepare as I check out at midnight. Good area, well connected to the main street and local shops.
