As the name itself, this place is very warm and cozy. Hidden within the most crowded and lousy street in Hanoi, the hotel is very quiet and cozy. It soon became a safe place for myself on the runaway weekend within my beloved city. The receptionist is a little bit negligent but nice, he seems a hardworking and trustworthy person. Shout out to the hotel owners for this staff they have. The room is clean and not inconvenient at all even it does not have the windows, but it's fine to me. I recommend this place for whom wishing staying in Hanoi and drawn into the atmospheres of young and modern Hanoi nightlife. Only 15$ for a night.

The location is near Ta Hien Street, 2 sections to Hoan Kiem Lake, walking street. Restaurants, Dong Xuan market ... Too beautiful. Easy to find. Nice room really, quiet. Enthusiastic staff. Beautiful place. There is always a splendid mirror. Maybe even will come back.

The location is very good, in the drink shop zone and selling things. The service is very good. The staff are attentive from the check-in until the check-out. Carry the luggage to the car. There is a chance to come back.
