The hotel is nice and great location. However, the service from the F.O is under that make my friends and me waiting and starve for 1.5 hours to wait for rent cars came.
If I could give you an advise, Please train/give your F.O english course since their english is hard to understand and same thing happen to other guest who talk with them using google translate? How’s not efficient is that? Your pool on the rooftop is really dirty, there is a lot of lots of dirt settles at the bottom of the pool.
You guys have a business in Hospitality which offer a service to customer and communication ( language ) is important

The water flow is quite weak, while I was showering, I ran out of water. When I went to the bathroom, I also ran out of water. I think the person who carries the luggage for the staff needs to create a more sympathetic feeling towards the passengers - not just stare and stare at the passengers. The place was new and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. You can rent a motorcycle there and borrow the iron from the receptionists. The breakfast buffet was great, combined between Vietnamese and Western Food. The location is great, walking distance to the beach and easy to reach other sightseeing.

The air condition does not work very well even set at 16 degree with high fan. TV not working (no signal), shower room is very bad smell. However, view is nice (ocean view room). But the nigh is very noisy because loud music of the lounge on the beach even I stay at the level 8.

Khách sạn rất sạch sẽ, nhận viên cực kỳ thân thiện, giá cả hợp lý, view và vị trí cũng rất thuận lợi. Chỉ mỗi cái phòng tắm hơi nhỏ nên mình tắm hay bị ướt tóc, nhưng khách sạn rất tâm lý, chuẩn bị cả bao bịt tóc cho luôn hihi

Spacious room and super comfy bed and pillows that make you want to sleep whole day. WC can see through with only wallpaper to cover so a bit uncomfy. Friendly staffs but on non-busy day, they only serve some basic food for guests (which the soup is quite tasteless) and the cups are not so clean. We are lucky to have final day breakfast with some extra choice as the hotel had a group guest: D maybe the only plus point during our stay is because nobody stayed, its quite quiet. Last day when the next room occupied we can hear noise.

My experience in this hotel was not very good for the following reasons.
Firstly, the hotel staff did not call back to confirm the booking information, making me very confused as to whether the reservation was successful.
Second, the breakfast buffet ended too early, at 9:30 a.m., but when I went down to eat at 9 a.m., most of the dishes were gone, many people like me, went down and went out to eat again.
Third, the hotel looks pretty from the outside, but the interior is quite old. The bathroom design is very inconvenient, if someone is standing at the sink, it is impossible to open the door of the bathroom or toilet. The faucet in the sink does not understand that the design is completely indented, making the water splash on the floor every time the water is turned on.
Fourth, WiFi is extremely poor, the first time I went to a hotel but had to register for 3G to use it.
Fifth, the hotel is quite small, the rooms are close to each other and the soundproofing is not very good, so it is quite noisy.
I booked a room through Traveloka so the price was quite favorable.
Some plus points of the hotel is the location is very good, there are many delicious restaurants, near the sea, near the laundromat. Staff is quite enthusiastic and attentive. Spacious room, very comfortable wall-mounted air conditioner, large, soft bed.

The hotel is ok than expected, the room is spacious, the staff is very nice. There was a little problem but the staff handled it very well, near the sea. Will come back here again when I come to Da Nang

Lúc đầu đặt là có buffe sáng, nhưng tới nhận phòng lại báo do dịch không có buffe, nếu vậy nên nói rõ cụ thể để khách hàng tránh hụt hẫng, còn lại phòng ok lắm
