Scene is chill, especially in the early morning jogging around Tuyen Lam lake. The total distance for jogging is not much, 1-2 km. Service is good. in general, price is fair with the accommodation and services.

The staff are extremely hospitable, friendly and helpful. I and my friend arrived at Da Lat early in the morning, meant that we couldn't check in at that time. We asked the staff for keeping our luggage so we can hang out around Da Lat in morning. They happily kept our luggage and noted that we arrived early. Just at 9:30 am they called me that our room was ready and we could check in early than 2 pm, without any more charge fee!!! That was such a nice service of the resort. Besides, the room was clean and tidy, I really enjoyed the the aroma in the room.

The view is very nice with delicious food. However, the room is not soundproof. It was around 10pm and it was time to sleep. The sound of people coming and going from other rooms opening and closing the door or outside the restaurant echoed clearly. The toilet had poor drainage, the floor was always wet.

The two doors at both ends of the hallway were always closed, causing a stuffy, stuffy atmosphere. In addition, the exhaust fan was not turned on. The fan had to be turned on at night in the room even though the windows were open and the outside temperature was 16-17 degrees.

The resort has a very beautiful and poetic campus in the middle of the pine forest. The rooms are spacious, fully equipped, clean, but the furniture is a bit old. The breakfast buffet is okay, just enough basic dishes but not very diverse. The evening is very quiet and sad. Suitable for those who need a gentle vacation.

Great for you, Duong, at the reception desk, who bought a bottle of 502 glue to glue your shoes instead of dragging your bare feet out to the center of Da Lat. What kind of resort is this? Borrowing a bottle of 502 glue is harder than going to heaven.

Suitable for a quiet vacation because the space is close to nature, but it will be a bit boring for those who like hustle and bustle. The hotel is about 10km from the center, but I went by car so it was not too inconvenient. The day I went, there were many Korean guests. Breakfast was normal.

Great view, super beautiful photos, beautiful room, extremely professional and friendly staff, support early check-in as soon as room is available (first time I saw a hotel call to notify guests when room is available, even on the occasion of September 2nd). Thank you Terracotta.

Friendly staff, I booked the wrong schedule, the staff also made conditions for me to check in the room first and then I solved the problem with Traveloka. The room is clean and beautiful, not too far from the city center but only taxi booking grab is a bit difficult. I didn't see any cafe nearby, it was quite far away and had to walk so I didn't explore anymore, just walked around the lake to enjoy the fresh, cool air. Hope to visit Terracota next time.
